Whether it be the United States, Australia and New Zealand or even the brave souls at the tip of the world in Argentina, the Welsh get everywhere, and now in the centre of Cardiff, the trend has been reversed. Around the World Bar and Lounge brings an international flavour to the city centre, with a menu that showcases classic dishes from, well, around the world. Book a table and take a trip to Stadium Plaza – right between the central train station and the Principality Stadium – to taste the whole world from the Welsh capital.

Begin your meal in the US and Mexico, with BBQ Pulled Pork nachos or beef chilli nachos, before moving onto one of the other international specialities on offer.

From France, one can try moules frites and chevre chaud goats’ cheese salad, and from Italy come baked meatballs in tomato sauce, as well as a huge range of pizzas.
