Took 5 people on a Thursday evening, not busy but there was a lack of cohesion about everything, waiting staff were nice enough but just a little unprofessional. Waited a little longer than I thought we should to order drinks, then when ordering food the waiter took an order, seemed to write it down then without leaving the table said it wasn't available. (It was a chicken burger) Later I ordered a second bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after we'd drunk the first he came back with bottle of Pino Grigio and asked if that would be OK as they didn't have any more of the Sauvignon.. Sides, fries and onion rings etc arrived at the table 10 minutes before the mains so were consequently pretty much eaten before the main courses. We did remark on this & we were not charged for the sides but were not told this so I'm not absolutely sure if this was because they were out of sync or they just forgot to put them on the bill... Not terrible by any means but I would say they need a professional restaurant manager & properly trained & motivated staff. (Nobody looked terribly happy)
We all had a great time and the staff was amazing so I don't know why everyone thinks there just judge and jury if people don't like it just don't go back and it was rano and we was pretty rowdy because all family out for a birthday so thank u for it ting up with us !!!!!!
