Here’s how to earn Loyalty Points

  • Create an account for 400 points
  • Make a reservation via our website or app for 100 points
  • Write a review for 25 points
  • Refer a friend for 500 points

Your Loyalty Points will expire if you don’t make a new reservation for 180 days via our website or app.

They can be redeemed for cashback

You can redeem 1,000, 5,000 or a maximum of 10,000 Loyalty Points.

  • 1,000 = £10.00
  • 5,000 = £50.00
  • 10,000 = £100.00

We’ll transfer cashback directly to your bank account. You can’t receive cashback at a restaurant or claim the amount off your restaurant bill.

  • Step 4Scroll down the restaurant page and click on "Redeem your Loyalty Points"
  • Step 5Choose how many points you want to redeem
  • Step 6Get instructions via email
  • Step 7Make a new reservation
  • Step 8Tell us your IBAN and reservation ID
  • Step 9Receive your cashback within 14 days

Once you’ve dined at the restaurant, the staff have 72 hours to confirm your visit.

You can’t receive cashback at a restaurant or claim the amount off your restaurant bill.

Can I combine Loyalty Points from two different accounts?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to combine Loyalty Points from two accounts.

When do my Loyalty Points expire?

Your accumulated Loyalty Points will expire if you don’t make any new reservations for 180 days via our website or app.

How do I use my promo code?

Just enter your promo code at the checkout as you’re making your reservation and your Loyalty Points will be awarded in the same way as stated above. Some promo codes can be reused while others cannot, and their validity periods also vary. If you are unsure of the validity or use terms of your promo code, feel free to contact the team via service.uk@quandoo.com.

When do I receive my Loyalty Points after writing a review?

You’ll receive 25 Loyalty Points once your review has been published by our team. We aim to publish all reviews within 48 hours of their submission date. Reviews are not published automatically in case of explicit, offensive or inappropriate content. Reviews of this nature are denied and no Loyalty Points are awarded for them.

How do I get Loyalty Points by referring a friend?

All you need to do is share your personal referral code with your friend so they can enter it as a promo code when they make their first reservation. You can find your personal referral code on your mobile app. You and your friend will both receive 500 Loyalty Points up to three days after your friend’s confirmed visit to the restaurant.

How do I cancel my Loyalty Point redemption request?

To cancel your redemption request please email us at service.uk@quandoo.com and we’ll make sure your Loyalty Points stay in your account.

What if I enter the wrong reservation ID or bank details?

If you think you’ve submitted incorrect information just send an email to service.uk@quandoo.com explaining the problem and you’ll receive quick instructions on how to resubmit.

What is my reservation ID?

Your reservation ID is the unique number you receive in your email confirmation after making a reservation. You’ll need it when you want to redeem Loyalty Points. If you do not receive email confirmation after making a reservation, please contact our team via service.uk@quandoo.com to get your reservation ID, or check your Quandoo account.

Reservation queries

I made a reservation but didn’t receive any Loyalty Points

Please allow up to three days after your visit to the restaurant to receive your Loyalty Points. If you do not receive your Loyalty Points, please let us know via email at service.uk@quandoo.com, being sure to include your reservation number and the email address that’s linked to your Quandoo account.

Do I still get Loyalty Points if I cancel my reservation?

No, unfortunately we can only award Loyalty Points for reservations made via the Quandoo website or mobile app.
