We were running late due to taxis, but this was no problem. Staff were brilliant. Good service and great food.

Another lovely meal at Abbys. Staff and Service as friendly as ever and food so tasty! My mum truly enjoyed her mothers day meal. Thankyou once again! 😊

Enjoyed tapas shared between four people. Was a little busy and service wasn't great but enjoyed the food.

The restaurant was busy the night we was booked at Abby’s as there was a big party also booked. This was not a problem and staff coped very well . Food was very nice although a hard piece of plastic was found in one of our parties pudding the serving staff handled it very well and the problem was resolved. However we found the Abby restaurant very chilly and as the night went on we became extremely cold all three members of our party became uncomfortably cold so much so we left earlier than we would otherwise. In hindsight We should of mentioned it to the staff .

Excellent food & great atmosphere. Would like glasses removed from tables more frequently.

Service was excellent but disappointed with lobster/ prawn cocktail starter, very little lobster, mostly prawns so felt £9 over priced, steaks ok but nothing special

Great meal and service!! The restaurant is very welcoming and the staff attentive throughout. The food was lovely and to make it better they have good beer on tap!

Good service and food good some of my family had fish and chips which they raved about I had the cottage pie which was average and I thought was over priced

Fabulous tasty food as always with friendly smiles and a polite efficient service from the lovely Callum and team. Definitely our favourite place to eat whether it's a catch up with friends or family occasion. Such a nice atmosphere and good quality range of food and drinks.

All of our meals were lovely. Starter was slightly bland and small but still nice. Nice atmosphere once it filled up but we did go early so expected it to be quieter. Would recommend this place.

The ribs were out of this world, like they are every time we go ! Would 100% recommend any one to visit here ! !

All the years that I have visited Abby's I have always found them friendly but professional and the food is mouth watering. Keep it up. Looking forward to the restart of "Gin and Jazz" in March.

Enjoyed a beautiful meal here last night. The food was out of this world!! Best meal we have had anywhere in a very long time and we will most definitely be back!! The staff are extremely polite and friendly. Lovely place. Highly recommend!!

Glad we booked a table as the restaurant was very busy when we arrived, however this did not detract from the excellent friendly service and the food was great too.

Food was lovely although 3 out of the 6 tapas I ordered I did not like but that's personal choice and taste. Nothing wrong with the cooking I just ordered them and never had them before so I didn't no what to expect. My husband's steak was beautiful spot on he said. Lovely atmosphere only one thing I would change and that's to get more.comfortable seating.

This was our first visit to Abby’s and was not disappointed,the service was fantastic and the food delicious,the cauliflower soup was really nice,would highly recommended a visit

The food was excellent. The staff were attentive without being obtrusive. The main course was well presented and the cheesecake was light and delicious. Abby's decor is warm and inviting.

Excellent food and service a very nice evening, not busy due to being just after Christmas but pleasant atmosphere. Would certainly return for another visit.

The food that we revived was delicious, but very small portions! No vegetables where included.... for example salmon with roast potatoes (no veg) we where sat by the entrance/Exit, every time someone used the door we where frozen. Staff where Plesent and friendly and it is lovely to be able to see such a clean well run kitchen. Over all we had a good evening. Thanks,

Fantastic service from the moment we entered. Delicious food as always. Steaks cooked well and white chocolate cheesecake was amazing. Would highly recommend a visit to anyone that has not already been.

Food was delicious, service was excellent. We both really enjoyed our meal. Will definitely be returning soon and we will be recommending to our friends and family.

Very busy lunchtime when 3 of us visited , having pre booked. Service was a little slow but given that restaurant was full, this was to be expected. Excellent meal and very polite waiter.

Lovely little bistro. Waitress very polite and food delicious. Ribs and chunky chips on the Bogof offer. Great value. Wide selection of scrummy cocktails too.

We had a great time we had a main and a dessert. Lovely!! The food was gorgeous and so was the cocktails. We shall come again soon x

Good and friendly service. Excellent meal for my guest and myself. Tables could be brightened by having tablecloths, this is not a criticism just a suggestion. Overall a very pleasant evening.
