My favourite restaurant out of the 3 branches is Shepherd's Bush I've been coming here for 4 years. Visited the Ealing branch once and never going back.
Great staff, had very good body language and was very helpful. Ha don't mates birthday there was great food matched the service . Would recommend it, great halal food!
The food was delicious; the service excellent. We had soup, salad and sage with zaatar. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt very welcome.
Great food - at a great price. We were stuffed after the mixed mezze to start and two main courses - all for £30 (2 of us) - arguably over-ordered! Service very friendly as well - and quick.
Food was delicious as ever. Actually prefer the starters at Abu Zaad so much so that I was pretty much full on starters. As for mains lamb tajine is my favourite.
Quite disappointing, considering all of the good reviews I saw online. Service was very much lacking and the food was not at all impressive, in taste or presentation. We ordered 7 different main dishes and not one of them was at the standard I hoped for. Nothing special. And the "side salads" that were meant to come with quite a few of the dishes, were just a small pile of lifeless iceberg lettuce. Considering the starters and the mains, we didn't bother staying for dessert; we didn't need more disappointment. I don't think I would come back again, nor would I recommend it.
Always great food! Friendly staff! Make sure you have the Farouj Abu Zaad! You will not be disappointed! Will be back again and again! Thanks!
The service was very good. The buffet had a good spread. However I think because we went close to closing time it wasn't that hot. It was 8 pounds all you can eat and they let us do take away. It wasn't the tastiest meal I've had but it was good value for money.
I am a frequent visitor. This time I went with my family. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, delicious food and a great family friendly service. Definitely recommend it. Mrs Hussain
GREATTTTTTTTT! was a wonderful experience. Great hospitality and staff are very polite, treated us very nicely! Great place must go with family! my first time but was great
Excellent welcoming and service, and the food was really delicious. Our Turkish waiter served us like we were kings. We certainly come back in the future.
Excellent service and amazing place! Super good, authentic and tasty food (good quantity). Very friendly and careful staff. Highly attractive prices! It is a no trainer!
Terrific selection of meze / starters (we chose a full complement rather than main courses) - I recommend the hara isbah as something new to try.
It was a nice time out. The Ambience was good and the staff was courteous. The food was good as well. We arrived late then the time we had booked but we were comfortably seated and attended to.
Excellent food and service! All within a very reasonable price! The staff treated us with the utmost care and the food was delectable. Thank you!
Lovely food and very reasonably priced. Good customer service and will definitely go there again. Great location and fairly busy which is always a good indication of a good restaurant.
Great food and very reasonable prices. Am vegetarian and there weren't so many main dishes that were veggie-friendly but the mezze was delicious. Staff also friendly and service good.
Whilst not smart, it has a pleasant atmosphere, good service, really varied menu and is incredibly good value. The most sublime homous. We will definitely be back.
Food was very good, also the price was ok but we were not too impresed with the waiter or maybe we were not getting his jokes :).
Food taste is great, staff member are welcoming and very helpful, The restaurant atmosphere is friendly. A great place to go with your family and friends.
The food was delicious and staff were warm welcoming although the restaurant was quite busy but this is understandable why. I am sure will go again.
Not as good as previous visit. They appeared unaware of our booking but managed to accommodate us. Most of food was good but some chicken had to be sent back as it was uncooked! It failed to reappear.
An average kebab shop at best. Dry food. Never saw a waiter again after he took our order. Go a kebab shop with table n chairs and save money!
