Ackee Tree

Restaurant was fairly quiet for a Friday evening. We were one of only three tables. The food was decent but not exceptional and the mains were overpriced. All in all we wouldn't come back especially as there is another Caribbean restaurant nearby which is better.

Warm Friendly service and delicious food. Ladies were very accommodating and gave us extra gravy on request and a complimentary champagne cocktail just for mum on her birthday. Definitely coming back to try the other dishes in the menu.

Food was good, traditional, plenty to eat for the price. Service was slightly spuraddict and I may be concern of place was busy. But overall had a nice evening. Helped by the company I had.

Had Mum's 70th Birthday celebration meal there on Saturday and it was lovely. The staff very accommodating and helpful. The atmosphere relaxed and the food was excellent.

Had great food with a real flavour of the Islands enjoyed our cocktails and would book again and take my friends service was very good and staff really pleasant

Great place to dine, the food was absolutely amazing, very tasty and presentation was great. Will definitely dine again, staffs were very friendly. Planing my birthday dinner there in a couple of months.

Everybody enjoyed the food from the starters to the desserts, nothing was left on the plates, however the service could have been a bit more upbeat and the decor certainly needs to have a bit of an overhaul as it was looking a bit tired.

Delicious flavourful food, & a cocktail list that will keep you occupied for hours. Restaurant was quiet for a Saturday night but that just provided attentive personal service from the staff. Very relaxed, colourful and music filled atmosphere. Reasonable price, and once again FLAVOURFUL FOOD. Delicious.

Went to The Ackee Tree for my dad's birthday, the staff and atmosphere were lovely. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Top marks and will definitely go again. Travelled there from Kent and would defo travel again just for the food. 10/10!!!!!!!

Took my wife for dinner at the Ackee Tree to celebrate and recognise the occasion of her birthday. Excellent decor, relaxed ambience of the dining area... and the food; simply the best Caribbean cuisine I've had, and to emphasise the best food I've ever had in my life at a restaurant. A great start into the business world for a new company - keep up the good work MANAGEMENT!!! Dave Joseph
