The Amalfi Coast is one of the most beautiful parts of Italy, but it remains somewhat off the beaten track for the average tourist. The region is known, unsurprisingly, for its spectacular coastline and the fishing villages that jut out of the sea and up the hillside, as well as the exceptional cuisine that comes from the sparkling ocean and the surrounding farmland. At Amalfi on the corner of Wells Court and Henshaw Lane in Yeadon, one can get a taste of the best of the Amalfi Coast in Leeds, with an Italian menu that features both classics and specialities of the region. Book a table today and discover one of the best new Italian restaurants in Yeadon, if not the whole of Leeds.

Yeadon is an awfully long way away from the Amalfi Coast, and sometimes it can feel like it as well. While the climate, the architecture and the landscape might differ significantly, there is an outlet that brings the best of the coastline around Naples, Salerno and Sorrento to the heart of West Yorkshire. Amalfi is a restaurant that creates a flavour of the region at their location on Henshaw Lane in Yeadon, via a menu that is filled with local specialities, a bar that includes limoncello, the local brew, and a relaxed atmosphere that displays all that is expected from Italian hospitality.
The specialities of the Amalfi Coast are based around the native lemon trees that dot the hillsides and the abundant seafood that is to be found in the waters around. Amalfi can offer the best of both, from calamari and lemon mayo, grilled sardine bruschetta and sauteed tiger prawns to begin and seafood pasta, ravioli with seasonal vegetables or ribeye Milanese. There is also a full pizza menu – we’d go for the spicy salsiccia with mozzarella and Lombardy chillies – so if you fancy a classic, you’ll be well catered for too. Reserve a table today and take a trip over to Amalfi on Henshaw Lane in Yeadon.
Excellent food and service. Will definitely be dining there again. Went for the pepperoni pizza which was delicious. The pizza base was so light and crispy.
Lovely food and friendly service, we had a really relaxing meal with out feeling rushed. I would recommend this restaurant and will be going back.
Fab food, just right amount very tasty, perfectly cooked lLovely staff, very pleasant, nothing too much trouble Great atmosphere. What more can we say?? Will be back!
Lovely food, plenty of variety suitable for all, service was quick , all staff are pleasant and attentive, lovely atmosphere, car park a bit cramped, over all 9.5/10
Was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and it was a little bit of Italy in Yeadon - food was very good and the service good too, will go back again as would like to try the menu which was varied and interesting. Parking was tight - you need to get there early to get the best and easiest spots to park in.
Our first visit, but not our last Great service, good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a casual adult night out. We definitely recommend Amalfi
The Amalfi offers a good selection of food with a generally all round pleasant atmosphere with attentive staff. Quite vibrant for a mid- week venue.
Second visit since opening, both times meal was lovely as were the staff. Hope you continue to keep the menu to what people can afford and don,t push up the prices as we are in Yeadon not Ilkley or Harrogate.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Restaurant is really nicely decorated and was lovely and warm - it's also going to be ideal in the summer with lots of room to sit outside. will definitely go back.
Welcoming, friendly, good service, excellent food very well presented. Pleasant well decorated surroundings. Plenty of variety to choose to eat. Sensibly priced. Would I go back? Ye, without doubt. Downside, piped music intrusive and unnecessary, distracting.
Enjoyed the venue and although the staff were very pleasant they lacked attention to detail. When I pointed out that my meal was too salty I was rewarded with a free coffee. Will certainly try again with some friends who live locally.
Seating arrangements very generous, staff very pleasant and helpful, food absolutely wonderful, wine list value for money, this is a gem of a place not to be missed.
First time visit and I will definitely be back. The quality of the food was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive. The price was good too.
Offered a very warm welcome and an improvement on the layout from the previous restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff attentive without being intrusive. Looking forward to going their again.
Lovely food and very attentive service, would highly recommend! Steak done to perfection and my husband enjoyed his pizza. Would definitely go back and would recommend!
An excellent meal, service and venue, a welcome addition to the local food scene. We will definitely visit again in the not too distant future.
Good services and food. Atmosphere was very good. Attentive staff, from very experienced to young and fresh. Varied menu meant everyone could have something they liked
Stylish modern restaurant, classic italian menu with a few interesting alternatives. Good service, very good food, good quality over quantity, leaving room for dessert! Visit
Very draughty, I ate in my coat. One of our meals did not arrive with the others. I had Sea Bream and the salad - swimming in olive oil, completely overwhelmed the dish. On the whole rather pretentious.
Good food and service. Staff very polite and very speedy with both drunk and food. Nice ambience and atmosphere. Recommend it fir people to try.
