Nice place, Nice setting, the owner is very kind. We took the festive menu but we have been disappointed by the quality of the meat of the main course, we have been in Istanbul and the kebab is much better.... All was average for our taste, maybe it is because it was in July....

We were attending a conference at the University of London. Antalya was close by and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by super-delicious food, lovely ambiance, attentive service, excellent value. I would definitely return.

Antalya - very warm, friendly place. An interesting interior. Appetizers (Karisik Sicak Meze) very good. My main course: Islim Kebab (Aubergine Parcels) rather unexciting, plain. Overall decent, certainly not memorable, experience.

Food was "OK". Standard Turkish food, but nothing exceptional. Staff a bit hit and miss.

Went on a Monday evening. There were a few tables full and it had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Some people were dining alone so it is a comfortable establishment. Really enjoyed the food and the customer service was excellent. A gentleman even ran down the street after us when my friend forgot something. Highly recommended!

Three of us went to the Antalya Restaurant after a wonderful day in London and finished off with a fantastic meal. The staff were lovely. My husband had the lamb shank which melted in your mouth, my son had chicken kebab meat from the skewer and I had the lamb casserole which was full of flavour. It only a short walk from Russell Square underground station, so willl definitely be returning again soon.

We were warmly welcomed to this restaurant beautifully decorated in a Turkish style. Food was very tasty, with plenty of vegetarian options, which was what our party was looking for. Service was quick and efficient. There was a slight mix up regarding the use of our Gourmet Society discount card - we had mentioned that we wanted to use it when we booked, and checked with the waitress that this was OK when we arrived but the waiter who made up the handwritten bill apparently wasn't aware of this and wasn't very happy about having to do it again with the discount. Otherwise we were delighted with the place and would certainly recommend it.

This was a gem of a find. So close to our hotel (Presidents). Pleasing and interesting decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I dont know our way around Turkish cuisine so we needed some explanations and recommendations. It was all deliciously prepared and washed down by a pleasing Turkish wine. Go try it. You will not regret the choice I am sure.

Coming from Germany we were there after a visit of the British Museum. The restaurant Antalya offers an excellent cuisine and service worthy of note. - It is highly recommended, Gerhard Wünscher, Halle (where the great british composer Handel was born).

this was my first visit to antalya restaurant with my wife and son,we were greeted at the door by very friendly staff who took our coats and showed us to our seats, the decor is very opulent and quite breathtaking, we decided on a bottle of turkish rose which i may say was realy nice, the menu is varied turkish/mediterranean cusine, we all had a very tasty dinner cooked to perfection and if anyone has been to turkey they know how to cook. the owner memmet goes that extra mile to make your visit enjoyable,my recomendation is for anyone looking for that bit of pampering and great hospitality go to the antalya you will have a great dinning experiance. john jenkin.

The service was timely and cheerful, the food and beer excellent, and good value. Extras like olives and peppers to start and fruit to finish were free. Well recommended.

This restaurant is very pretty on the inside with elaborate walls and ceilings. The service was friendly. The place was clean. It's easy to get there -- just a short walk from the Russell Square underground station. My husband and I were visiting from the US and met another couple, who had taken the train from Dover, for lunch. We had a lot to catch up on after 49 years, so we ate our lunch and sat at the table and chatted for four hours. No one tried to rush us. Toward the end of our stay more people were coming in, and it did get a bit loud. I had the stuffed grape leaves which were good; they were nice and firm. They did require a fair amount of lemon, salt, and pepper. I was really, really looking forward to the vegetarian moussaka, but they were out of it. They were out of my second choice too. It turned out that the only vegetarian main course that they were not out of was the spinach and halloumi dish. So I ordered it. Again, it required a fair amount of salt and pepper, but it was good. It was certainly an ample portion; I was not able to finish it. My husband ordered the tabbouleh and the halibut. He said his food was "okay" but "bland." One of our guests ordered the garlic mushrooms and moussaka (not the vegetarian variety); he seemed to like the garlic mushrooms, but said that the moussaka was "different." He also commented that it was very filling, and he did not finish it. Our other guest ordered the feta stuffed phyllo and a lamb dish. She said that both were good, and she ate every morsel. We did not order dessert, but teas and coffee. We were given baklava (which was really delicious) and honeydew on the house. So, overall, I would say that it is slightly above average.

Went there for my sisters birthday. Food was incredible and massive portions. The people were so lovely too. And so generous as we were in abit of a rush so bought all our food out as when it was made. The rice in particular was delicious.

Great restaurant: the location was good, the food was beautiful, the atmosphere really nice with the colourful interior and the music, and, above all, the people are very friendly. I'm very happy to have chosen for Antalya.
