In many ways, this was a very positive dining experience, marred only by the restaurant’s failure to present the early evening menu at the beginning. The food was good: particularly the rice which was beautifully soft. At £10.95 each for two courses, it was excellent value for money.

Good food overall. Excellent range of starters including some I'd never heard/had before and was good. Mains were a little safe really. We asked for Madras hot but it wasn't forthcoming. Overall good but not great.

The staff are so accommodating and the atmosphere they help create is one of calm. Food is so imaginative and cooked beautifully. It was a pleasure to take our friends to Avatar and for them to agree what a terrific restaurant it is.

Had to wait for our booked table and we were not advised that our Momo starters take 25 mins to prepare, which was a shame as we may have picked something else, so quite a wait to eat.... However, the food is delicious but be prepared for a wait at busy times....

Very busy last night but the food was excellent as always. Bit slow taking our order but I think that was due to being so busy.

Great food Nepalese and Indian style with a very good choice I always try the fish and seafood type of starter and meat for mains Had the Lamb shank Roghan Josh. Staff friendly and professional dressed in traditional clothing Prices are on par to most restaurants in Shrewsbury Will be back
