Great experience in Bar 61, excellent tapas food and perfect friendly service, one of the very best dining experience I have ever had in London. Definitely want to go back.

We had a great time at Bar 61. The food was really good, unfortunately it seemed our waiter forgot about us after mains, but it was nice to sit and chat without interruption. I must say that the atmosphere was rather pleasant and we would definitely have dinner there again.

We went here for a family birthday dinner and we found great food, nice service and a good atmosphere on a Saturday evening. We would certainly go again.

Our table was booked for 9pm, all tables were full and we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. We ordered, and waited 15 minutes just for olives, when they arrived they were clearly straight from a jar in the fridge, aweful. We then waited another 45 minutes + for our food, more than an hour from when we were seated. The potatas bravas consisted of probably tinned, chopped tomatoes with chilli added over not properly cooked potatoes, the bean stew was utterly tasteless. Some things were good, mushroom & cheese in breadcrumb starter, sardines and chorizo, but overall a poor experience for both service and food, and would certainly not return here.

Excellent service and delicious fresh food. We had various seafood dishes and all were very tasty and fresh. Generous portions. Were offered liqueurs on the house too. Great for a local neighbourhood restaurant. It's personable and not formulaic.

We had an excellent experience at Bar 61. Great food, atmosphere and staff really helpful,friendly and welcoming. Had to wait quite a while for our food (tapas which was all delicious and we had a Spaniard with us so she was a good judge) but we were given some olives to keep us going without having to ask. Liqueurs on the house as well.All in all a brilliant evening.

We had the most amazing evening, they looked after us as we were VIPS ! Food amazing as usual, this has always been my favourite restaurant and now my kids !

Tapas was great tasting and the portions were generous, staff were brilliant, great wine and sangria! Nice and cosy environment. Even received complimentary liquor shots! Definitely would go again.

the owner and his team were incredible, giving me and my girlfriend the best service in London I've ever had. They organized a surprise birthday for her swiftly upon my mention of it. Simple and cosy atmosphere, which I recommend to all! The prices are very honest and the food is deli shoots. Have a go at the impressive variety of tapas, the local dish :) I will very certainly go back.

I absolutely love Bar 61. The food was full of flavour, everything I asked for. Customer service was beyond believe. 10/10 well definitely return, recommend to everyone !!

My starter, whitebait, was overcooked. My guest's chicken main course was not freshly cooked. Bar 61 agreed to remove the chicken from the bill, which was a good professional response, but we shall not be returning. The ambiance of the restaurant was lively and probably best suited to the younger generation.

Wonderful food wonderful service, My wife's birthday meal could not have been celebrated better. My wife and two kids had the fish, and OMG the fish was cooked to perfection.

I booked on recommendation and was pleased to find good and generous French bistro food, wine, atmosphere and service. It will definitely be worth returning.

We had numerous plates of tapas and each was outstanding, the service was attentive without being too 'in your face' and the whole restaurant had a very authentic, homely atmosphere

Wow, the most friendly restaurant that I have ever been to. My two year old grandson was made welcome and included. The whole family enjoyed our Sunday lunch and I intend to go again next month the celebrate my birthday. We all enjoyed the food.

Great restaurant lovely Spanish food and the staff where friendly. Al pacino aka Tony and gundi made our expereince even more pleasurable! I recommend the king prawns and lamb chops

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient who did all they could to ensure we had a pleasurable meal. The menu is very varied with dishes to suit all and 5 generous tapas between 3 of us was more than enough.

The service was excellent and attentive and the food great as well. We ate from the tapas menu but plan to go back and eat from the a la carte menu at some point soon!

Absolutely loved it. Great tasty food. Good portion. Staff was very friendly and it looks like they know lots of regular customers. Atmosphere was great too.

I will write in Italian to explane my top rate ......una osteria, un piccolo ristorante, un posto simile ad una casa di amici che ti accolgono......vino buono accompagnato da gustose tapas hanno trasformato un compleanno in un momento intimo e gioioso.... costo con una buona bottiglia e tante tapas circa 30 pound a persona.....grazie ai proprietari e chi ci ha servito facendoci sentire a casa! Non uno deo soliti ristoranti inglesi senza anima.....qui ne hanno...top
