the food is fantastic but the place is not inviting

One of the best restaurants in Bath! The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The waiters made this dining experience perfect and I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Love, love, loved the food! I was a bit confused on who to ask to request things like another cup of tea and such, because the staff aren't many and everyone seems busy doing something but other than that, loved it.

Very nice sushi place. We enjoyed the Dragon roll so much we had to order a second one. Food was fresh and tasty.

Tonight was our first visit to Bath Sushi and it certainly won’t be our last. Server was helpful with our questions. Food was outstanding, good portion sizes and so much flavour. The restaurant is small with only about 8 tables but this is a positive and it has a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to visit again, will be recommending this place to everyone, so glad we found you!

Amazing sushi. The California roles are just amazing, as was the miso soup. Our friends adored the Katsu curry. I could eat here every day.

You can book a table but when you arrive to be seated you have to wait for others to quickly eat their food and leave. The sushi was just about edible and when the bill arrives you are over charged. It’s a no from us.

Great food served in a very simple setting. Seats are wooden benches. Service was quick and efficient. Did not try house wines. Addition of beer/lager to menu would be good.

Very good and authentic food. A diverse menu that caters for many tastes. The result was very satisfied stomachs! Would definitely recommend for anyone who is a fan of Japanese cuisine.

The food is absolutely delicious, fresh and well presented. Restaurant is very clean and personnel very polite and kind. Price wise its a bit bit pricey but again you pay for for you get. I would definately recommend to anyone and I will come again.

Awesome. Lovely food, fab friendly service. Definitely the best sushi in Bath all freshly prepared before our eyes. We parked in Homebase which apparently is okay later in the day.

They took about 30 minutes to give us our first dish, and it was the wrong dish. After an hour of sitting at the table, they finally gave us our sushi. They also forgot to gives us our drinks. We left the place very disappointed.

I took my husband to Bath sushi as it was his birthday weekend and we both love sushi. I was not sure to start with because the place was rather small and the staff looked rushed but I couldn't be more wrong. The food was top quality for very reasonable price. I can't say if it's the best sushi in Bath because I didn't try any other sushi restaurant in Bath but it well could be. It was beautifully presented and sake, which we had with it, went down very well. Next time we will be in Bath, we will definitely visit again.

The food was delicious and came fast, very nice place and people. Would recommend for everyone who wants to eat japanese food for a fair price.

Ok for a quick meal. Food is fine but restaurant is nothing special. More a take away with tables. Staff standing around chatting to each other whilst we were dining.

Very authentic Japanese food. From the moment we walked in we knew that this place was exceptional. The staff was very king and mindful and the good was the best I had in Bath from a Japanese restaurant.

Delicious food and beautifully presented. The sashimi was so fresh and tasty. A good selection of dishes to choose from - would like to see some tempura though! I'm sure we'll be visiting again soon.

Excellent sushi and a good selection. Service a bit slow, as they were busy with takeaway orders. However the food makes up for it. Not in central Bath but an easy walk.

Mostly very good though the rice bowls were a bit stodgy and dry. Next time i would stick to a range of sushi and appetisers as they were excellent. Not cheap though soon adds up.
