Had a lovely time at Bella Mia the food was excellent and the staff are very nice and friendly , would definitely go back again.

Great food and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine dining at the right price. Will be visiting on a regular basis.

We have visited Bella Mia on several occasions.The food and service are always excellent.l would recommend the chicken in white wine very tasty.There were 5 in our party who all enjoyed the dining experience.Would definitely recommend .

Absolutely fantastic place to eat, food and atmosphere second to none. Would easily recommend to anyone wanting a class night out. Only problem is deciding what to have as it is all so lovely!!

Lovely food and setting. Reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food too. Also, waiting staff were extremely helpful and even took a pic of our group at the end of the night for us.

We have eaten here several times and never had a bad meal. The staff are attentive and friendly, they made a lovely fuss of my 7 yr old daughter on her birthday. Quality of food is very high and the prices aren't ridiculously expensive. Good for groups as there are lots of big tables. The decor is plush and the fires are gorgeous in the winter.

Excellent restaurant in the north of Nottingham. The kids loved the pizzas, which in their own words were immaculate. We will return there for sure soon.

30th Birthday Meal. I've eaten here a number of times and I've always had a great experience. I decided to hold my Partners 30th Birthday meal here (party of 13). Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who put 30th banners on the tables before we arrived, and arranged to bring out the cake we supplied, whilst also providing us with side plates so that we could dish the cake out to everybody in our party. The food was fab as always and everybody said how they enjoyed their time at Bella Mia.

Excellent food, Friendly attentive staff. However, for us, service was a little too quick, we would have preferred a longer gap between starters and main course. The mains arrived quite soon after the starters, too soon for us. Otherwise it was all excellent.

Lovely place, great food and fab service. Took my two children with us and they accommodated everything perfectly for them. The kids loved the pizza, my husband loved his Meal think I will go for steak next fime. Xx

4th or 5th visit. Starters beautifully presented and arrived quickly. Table promptly cleared for arrival of mains which again arrived quickly. Food was excellent and plentiful. Bizarrely. .. My only criticism is that evetything wss TOO efficient. We arrived for a good night out at just before 8...were escorted straight to our table...and the whole experience was over by around 9... Could have with more time between courses to talk and enjoy the evening

Beautiful food, good selection, very good service, most enjoyable, quite busy but did not have to wait to be served or for receiving your food. I would recommend and also would go back in the future.

Lovely food . However staff need quite a bit of customer training. Not one member of staff smiled or made our presence welcome. Good manners cost nothing. Will take my money to somewhere a lot more enjoyable. Where the staff know how to smile.

Had table booked for 24 . The service and food was outstanding. We all got food at same time even though such a large party. Was a lovely evening. First visit and will definitely come again.

Excellent value - courteous,friendly Staff and a great lunch. The restaurant is tastefully designed and spotlessly clean. There is an extensive menu and wine list. A very good car park.

Food very good as usual but service and staff very below par, It felt like they could not be bothered, it so long for our drinks to arrive we decided to skip the starters and go straight for main course as we could not be bothered to wait, the place had 18 people in there so hardly busy

We were offered a choice of tables on arrival and service was quick without being hurried. The food was good when it arrived but I would have preferred the plates to be warm which was the only downside to the whole experience in Bella Mia. We have been here before and would not hesitate to return.

Food was ok but have had better for the price. Lad who served us was hopeless and my husband had to go and find him to pay the bill

Very good food and quality is fantastic. You are looked after very nice. The place is very clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. I would be going again soon.

Terrible experience and will never go back or recommend. The waiters were lousy and miserable, and it made us feel very uncomfortable, gave us the menu, asked what drinks we would like, and then asked right away what we want to eat? We had only had the menu for seconds, so we said we are not ready yet, he went off got drinks amd plonked them down, got his pen and pad and asked straight away what we want to eat in such a rude tone, and we just could not relax. When we ordered, the starter (goats cheese to share) it was approx 2 mins and it was with us on the table, we looked at each other and said 'Iceland' it was just cheap rubbish thrown in hot oil. The olives we had were awful and had warm bits of lemon and the olives were not fresh. We had our starter, didn't finish it, was taken away, and this is what really annoyed us, the steaks we had ordered came IMMEDIATELY, not even a minute went by from having the starter, which is very rude and lacked any class, the waiter bumped into the table next to us, knocking the salt and pepper pots to the floor and the wine glasses over, never apologised, and just plonked the steaks down, not even asked who's was who, so we had to swap our steaks, my steak which was the run eye was shocking, and looked awful, and I didn't finish it, and i was fuming and had lost all appetite, we were intimidated by the whole experience, we left and went to pay, whilst paying they never asked is anything, I left the money down, didn't speak either and we left, £65 for absolute rubbish, I didn't complain but I know the owner and will go back in the day to have words with him. Our guess is that the staff was all on some binge session party over the weekend, and was on such a terrible come down the Tuesday after bank holiday Monday and was tired, impatient, didn't want to work and was just rude, ignorant and did the owner no justice, had no respect for who they worked for, the restaurants reputation, and shown no care to the customers, I witnessed another couple also that appeared to be upset and left unhappy before we started eating, I can see why. We will never eat here again ever and will tell as many people about such a poor experience, it's poshed up inside but it reveals an UGLY INSIDE.

Always a good meal, excellent service and really genuinely friendly and attentive staff. Couldn't wish for better! Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming back!

Food tasty and very generous portions. However, the service was very poor. Very slow and not friendly or welcoming. They didn't do smiling! We had to ask three times before we finally got water for the table. They brought me the wrong main course. I pointed this out to the waiter who delivered it to our table. He was joined by another waiter and the two of them both said that they had delivered what had been ordered. I couldn't believe they were questioning me! They took it away with no apology. To add insult to injury, the waitress that originally took the order came over and just about managed a reluctant apology. She said my main meal would not be charged , which is fair enough. She then had the cheek to say she was sure I'd ordered what she'd written down(ie I was wrong, not her!!!!) From then on, she was even more surly and inattentive than before. We were made to feel like we'd done something wrong. It left a bit of a sour taste and made us feel unconfortable. With decent waiting staff, it could have been a good night out.

Lovely food and very helpful staff, enormous portions. Would definitely book again. Great decor and not too busy for a bank holiday Monday. Recommend to friends

Quite good, the waiters could smile a little more, however the lady behind the bar was lovely. The food was good as usual. We will go again.

Food a bit bland, waiter seemed to have a particularly bad odour under his nose and was quite offish. Maybe in the wrong job. Lady behind the bar was very pleasant.

Lovely place. My meal was Burnt underneath so they removed my drinks from the bill. Other meals perfect. Friendly staff and didn't have to wait long

I have been going to Bella Mia for years and always had a fantastic meal. Today had the ribs as a starter and to be honest they were not falling off the bone as they usually are, in my opinion were not cooked enough. However, this will not put me off as you can't expect perfection all the time :-)

Great restaurant, been a few time with friends who all loved it! Staff are friendly and the food is always good. We would recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful surroundings and food. Would highly recommend anyone to visit. Also very reasonably priced too. If I had to pick fault then it would be that our table had a slight wobble... Petty I know.

As always the food at this restaurant was impeccable. The steak is always cooked to perfection and real quality. The ambiance is warm and inviting and the service friendly and efficient. Bella Mia is excellent and I highl recommend

Lovely restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The food was hot and delicious and came out quickly. The staff were attentive and keen to make sure everyone was comfortable. All on one level and very spacious inside which meant that disabled access was very good. We will definitely return here.
