This was our first visit to Saigon after hearing brilliant reviews about the restaurant from a few of our friends. It's light and airy with a lovely relaxed feel to the place. Staff are all really pleasant and the food didn't disappoint.

This was our first time eating here and we were all very impressed with the food and the service. Highlights were the crispy chicken, the yellow curry (our favourite) and the vege pancake roll. Plum sorbet to finish! We’ll be back soon.

This place is overrated. Staff need training - very poor service. Food is nothing special.

We Felt rushed off our table towards the end of our sitting due to having the next customers waiting. If we wanted a desert, there wouldn’t of been enough time. This wouldn’t of been the case if the service wasn’t slow.

Lovely warm welcome by staff. Service was excellent. The food as always is very nice. We all only managed two courses as these are very good portions so no room for dessert. Look forward to returning soon

Great service as always, giving us time to choose from the menu and helpful advice on drinks. All the food was delicious but the chilli beef didn’t seem to have much chilli, still tasty and we will be back again soon!

Table booked for 7.00pm . Starter delivered 1 hour later. What's the point of booking time slots if they cannot be met. This must be an organisation problem, your losing reputation, ultimately leading to bookings. Please get your act together.

Brilliant lunch - wonderful ingredients all freshly cooked. The food is exceptional and the service is excellent.

Overall, it was fine but not as enjoyable as previous visits. My friend ordered the yellow curry and got the green one instead which was way too spicy for her. They did apologise and take it off the bill, but only after much faffing! Spring rolls were not as light and crispy as I'd had there previously

Pleasant enough atmosphere, service slow particularly between courses. Apologies were made by staff. Starters a little overcooked and mains a little cool. Fairly typical of Saturday night in Ilkley perhaps food would be better during the week when not as busy.

Really nice place to eat with great staff. We arrived quite late but our booking was still honoured on a busy Friday evening without question. Highly recommended.

First visit following a friends recommendation. The food and service were excellent the only reason for dropping one point is we were allocated to a poor table which spoiled an otherwise excellent experience. We have booked a return visit with friends however.
