Thinking about making a Blind Tiger booking?

It doesn’t get much cooler than Blind Tiger. Found on Seel Street, close to Liverpool Central in the Ropewalks precinct, this speakeasy bar and restaurant has already gained a huge following despite its rather recent opening. Beautifully decorated throughout, with dark red colours, mahogany furnishings and Oriental-inspired artwork, the dining area is simply stunning. Regardless of whether you stop by for a cocktail with friends or plan to have a full meal, you’ll fall in love with this chic bar and restaurant in the city centre.

It’s all about the dim sum at Liverpool’s Blind Tiger. Try the Shanghai-style pork dumplings with ginger soy sauce, the homemade prawn & chicken sui mai, or mixed vegetable gyozas with hot and sour ketchup. Bigger appetites are encouraged to go for the vegetable pad Thai with chopped roasted peanuts and fresh lime or the crisp confit duck leg with cucumber, spring onion, hoisin and pancakes. Be sure to order one of Blind Tiger’s signature cocktails (the menu changes often) or order a classic Singapore Sling, made with Beefeater Gin, Heering cherry liqueur, Benedictine liqueur, grenadine, fresh pineapple, lime juice and soda. Reservations are a must for this popular Ropewalks and city centre spot!
