Brigade offers great seasonal British inspired dishes made from fresh, local and sustainably sourced ingredients. But that's not all. Brigade works in partnership with Beyond Food Foundation to inspire people who are at risk of or have experienced homelessness to gain meaningful employment. Since opening in September 2011, Brigade has supported 100s of homeless people through training programmes and has employed over 70 apprentices in the Brigade kitchen to train alongside its professional chefs. As a social enterprise restaurant, all profits are reinvested into community projects and continuing its great work helping change lives.
