Always excellent food and service. Staff friendly and knowledgable. Booking through Quandoo was easy, no problems at all even though it was a very busy Saturday night.

Really good meal, pleasant and helpful staff, lovely environment. Plenty of parking nearby. Varied menu with choices to suit everybody. I would recommend this restaurant to an one seeking a good and reasonably priced curry.

Food was excellent as very good value for money. The restaurant was very comfortable and in excellent location overlooking the river dee. Staff excellent from the minute we entered the restaurant and throughout the stay. Will be going back for sure and would recommend to others.

Great food, good service and reasonable price given that four of us ate there on a Friday night when it was particularly busy. Will go again.

On arrival we were greeted immediately and offered a choice of tables. Drinks were ordered and promptly presented whilst we looked at the menu. We had three courses, a great meal, could not fault it. Excellent staff

having to wait to long between courses waited half hour to pay bill place was full but not enough staff on this night meal was nice good portions

Miserable man behind bar greeted us "yes" he said, no smile, he had no record of our booking, "sit there I will see what we've got", after several minutes we were shown to a nice table on top floor. Our order was taken promptly,papadoms were delicious. We thought it's getting better, NO. pint of Cobra I ordered was flat,I mentioned to waiter, "that's what Cobra tastes like" he said. Food came, my wife had ordered a Jalfreizi veg dish, they delivered chicken, when replacement dish came after about 5 mins, it was obviously straight out of the microwave, incredibly hot to touch & tasteless & very mild, My dish was supposed to be a king prawn balti, 3 king prawns in a brown mush, no texture at all, I'd ordered additional mushrooms, they never came. The rice was all stuck together & lumpy, when I complained at the bar, he said " oh I'll take some money off the bill" . In conclusion STAY AWAY FROM BRITANNIA SPICE do yourself a favour & go to the chip shop just down the road, food is far,far superior.

I have been visiting Britannia Spice since it opened!! My family love it and we nearly always celebrate birthdays and valentines day here, The menu is brilliant and always freshly cooked with lots of choice. The set meals are super too, great value but hard to finish as you get so much. The staff are friendly and attentive. All in all an excellent restaurant and as the location is fantastic it is often good to have a walk afterwards.

Cracking night at Britannia Spice. Tandoori King Prawn & Zaal Vindaloo were both spot on !! Nice layout inside & will definitely be going back.

Have had many takeaways from this restaurant, but this was the first occasion we had eaten in. The food was obviously the same good quality, but what we weren't impressed about, was the staff. Our meal was booked for 5pm. We arrived at 3 minutes to the hour, walked in and the waiter looked at me as though we had turned up an hour early! He even commented on the fact that we were early (all 3 minutes of it). We felt as though we were inconveniencing him. The other staff weren't much better; no pleasantries with the customers (well certainly not at our table anyway), no smiles and to cap it all, as we left and said thank you, we were met with a stony silence. Well I may return for a takeaway, but eat in? Never again!

Food was nice, but old guy, i think he's the owner needs to either stay behind the scenes or take a course on customer service or leave whatever problems he's having at home. He was rude and made us feel like we were an inconvienience to him by being there.

You must all go, food delicious, and the choice is excellent, you can even order something not on menu, staff can advise you, just state what you like, nothing too much trouble. Staff always helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended .

Unbelievable had to wait 2hours for meal to arrive, we where in the room at the top of the building and I think they just did not prioritize us. I had to phone the restraunt from the table to get a waiter sent up so we could order some drinks. When the meal arrived one of our party found a stainless steel screw in his meal lucky he didn't bite or swallow it. Pre-booked for a party of 9. Not happy.

Always very busy but staff try their best to give all customers first class service. Food always really tasty and fresh. Only negative thing I would say is that the drinks can sometimes take a while to arrive, but this didn't spoil our night. Thank you
