Glasgow’s West End is a haven for adventurous foodies with restaurants serving up cuisine from every corner of the globe, and at Byblos Cafe you can experience some of the freshest Lebanese dishes that the city has to offer. Located on Park Road, only a short walk away from Kelvinbridge subway station, Byblos Cafe is the place to go to chow down on authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. We recommend sharing the combo platter (two pieces of kebbe lamb, sambousik meat, Lebanese cheese sticks and falafel) before moving on to some mouthwatering shawarma, a Lebanese pizza or a hearty Middle Eastern stew. Vegetarians will have plenty to choose from to, with options ranging from the falafel platter to moussaka and okra stew. A favourite among the area’s big student population, Byblos Cafe can fill up quick – book a table in advance to avoid disappointment!
Food was great and excelent service. My favourite dishes were Kebba and Chicken shawerma. The desserts are a must if you like baklawa and konafa. I would definitely recommend to my friends and would love to go there again.
Great food and hospitality. Very enjoyable 5 people out for dinner, we all had a starter and a main and the bill was around £60. Great value for money.
