The food and the staff were lovely as usual, the only complaint was that previously I have booked direct the restaurant but this time I booked via quandoo and they failed to pass on my request for a table at the front of the restaurant as we had one of our party who is 93 years of ages and finds stairs difficult, however the restaurant were very apologetic and sorted oiy a table fir us as requested. Will certainly go again

A fabulous time was had by all. This was a Mother's Day treat for my Mum now aged 87. The staff were kind and attentive to her needs, and she thoroughly enjoyed her steak dinner. I had the mixed fish one-pot dinner, which was excellent, and my wife chose the cod wrapped in smoked bacon. All rice and potato accompaniments were delicious. This is a small family run restaurant with a lovely intimate atmosphere, and I heartily recommend it. Go, give it a go!
