Restaurant was too crowded and noisy to make for an enjoyable dining experience.

Great food and service. A little noisy until a large group of lads departed. Friendly owner and staff. Definitely will return.

Service and waiting time was slower than previous visit, however was mindful that it was Broadstairs water gala and fireworks night, so they were more busy than normal. Food was excellent when it arrived, so was worth the extra wait. Like the more open plan to the restaurant. Will be back!

We love everything about Cardak. It DOES get very noisy but the place was packed which indicates how popular it is and I’m afraid you just have to tolerate everybody enjoying themselves!!

Fab food, fab service. Table of about 8 men on table behind us were a bit loud but they had finished and left by the time we got our main course! Lovely refurbishment, good ambience.

Nice food, bad service. Waited over an hour for mains to arrive, some other diners gave up and left. No apologies, staff just blamed takeaway orders. As I said, the food was good though.

As always amazing food, lovely friendly staff, nothing too much trouble even though the place was full. Member of staff had obviously noted that it was my daughters birthday as after our delicious meal they bought out cake/dessert complete with candle, enough for the 4 of us to share! lovely touch👍

Great location on the High Street, close to local bars, railway station and bus stops. Restaurant appears small but there was plenty of room around the tables. The online booking worked well and although we arrived 20 minutes early, we were seated early without too much delay. The service was great and staff were attentive. The food was very good, tasty and good portion sizes. The orders were accurate. The only downside was the cheesecake was frozen in part and the bill took a long time to arrive after asking for it, there was obvious confusion amongst the staff on what we had ordered and drank but on arrival was accurate. For five of us, starters & mains, four drinks and two desserts, the bill was £115 or £25 per head including tip. We are already planning a return visit.
