In the heart of bustling Belfast, Coppi is a restaurant all about the art of contemporary Italian cooking. The restaurant itself – well-located at Saint Anne’s Square in the Cathedral Quarter – is just as cool as the menu and a very pleasing place indeed to sit and enjoy your food. Begin with a selection of cicchetti – the duck ravioli fritters and crab crostini are both excellent – then move on to small pizzetta, followed by pasta or risotto or anything from the inspired selection of mains. Given the fact that Coppi also offers a vegan menu, it’s very difficult to go wrong with this Belfast gem.
The restaurant is great with a modern looks and seatings. The food to start with was one of the best starters we had in a long time. But, it faded away with our main course as it was not bad but may be compared to starters, it was way too low in terms of taste. Would definitely go for starters here again.
