If you’re after a light meal then consider salmon fishcakes, or, for a bigger fill, the roasted duck breast with gratin potato and a griottine cherry sauce is delightful. The plats rapides options are also a treat, so opt for duck confit or steak frites, then be sure to leave room for dessert because you won’t want to miss out on the praline crêpes with caramelised bananas and crème chantilly, or the chocolate mousse. Experience the charm of a Parisian brasserie in Farnham at Côte Brasserie, just remember to book in advance to guarantee a table.
All good and staff very helpful when my companion was worried about the noise of children. (beginnings of dementia) and moved us to a different table. Delicious lunch and only downside was the noise from the coffee/milk/crockery/glass banging beside us! I managed to stop her bothering about it but must remember to ask to sit in the conservatory area another time.
The meal was excellent. Service was good as ever. The flavours of the meal were goo and it is the most consistently good restaurant in Farnham no wonder they are always busy.
This restaurant is always busy, probably due to the excellent food, service and ambience. We booked a table for 2 at 1.30 on Sunday, peak time with a queue at the door. We were shown straight to our table, no waiting. We ordered a main course which took a little while to arrive giving us time to enjoy a drink and catch up. Poulet grille and boeuf bourguignon were delicious, really tasty and filling. Excellent as usual!
