Côte Brasserie has cemented itself as the UK’s favourite French restaurant group and it’s not hard to see why. Côte Brasserie kitchens make use of fresh and seasonal produce sourced from regional England and France, meaning there is something on its extensive menus to suit everyone. Côte Brasserie in Hampstead with its two storey restaurant in the heart of this leafy London suburb makes for the perfect meal after spending the day wandering through the picturesque Hampstead Heath or venturing up to London’s most famous viewpoint, Parliament Hill, both walking distance from the restaurant.

Start off with a traditional steak tartare prepared with Cognac, then follow with the delectable, wonderfully traditional Beef Bourguignon. Pair any of these with a French wine recommended from the long list by the expert staff at Côte Brasserie. Situated along Hampstead High Street, Côte Brasserie Hampstead provides traditional comfort food that will leave you feeling as though you have just stepped off the Champs Elysees. Amazing value, great vibes and lovely staff! We went during lunch time and had the lunch and early weekend menu which was 2 courses for 11.50 or 3 for 13.50- it was fantastic and so much variety. Thank you so much.

Excellent service and food, as always. This restaurant is consistently of a high standard, both in busy and less busy times. Our go to place in Hampstead.

Good meal, nice ambience and it was easy to make the reservation on-line. As usual the overall experience was very good. Liked the complementary drink.

The food was good. The staff are excellent. I noticed I saw a lot of people who used to go to another Restaurant I went to. I know they were at Côte. Because the other place just went down and the prices went going up they used to be good but isn't good any more. So Cote take note as Hampstead is like a Village and if a Restaurant is or is not good any more we will all know and the word goes round quickly. So keep your Restaurant good.

pleasant ambience . the food is ok. tuna requested medium /well done arrived well done. salad leaves are not inspected closely before put on the plate which makes for a not totally appetising salad. filtered water jug was put on table where it created a pool of water around it. the second jug arrived filled to the very top - impossible to pour without it going all over the table. service is friendly and willing diners to enjoy the experience but perhaps need more serving staff training.

Never disappointed, quality food, large gluten-free selection, friendly and attentive staff (from beginning to end), fast service. It is combining the advantage of a chain (you know what you get on your plate, the menu is quite standard and does not evolve much, but you get the same quality every time and there is a real effort in suggesting French "classics" like Boeuf Bourguignon, Steak Tartare, Creme Brulee... which are all good). The only improvement point is less staff turnover which would create this local restaurant feel...

Went on mothers day at lunch time and was overall pleased. Ordered a main meal and it took quite a long time to come (45 mins), the place was busy but not full yet. One portion of fish was well cooked but the other slightly underdone which was fixed quickly but not ideal. The table next to us seemed to be having issues as their starters were taking a long time and one was served about 10 minutes before the others which is a rookie mistake in a restaurant. Overall good but maybe there are chefs and/or waiting staff that are quite new and need training.

We enjoyed the food, atmosphere and in general the service. We enjoyed a long lunch from 1.15 pm until 3.30 pm when the restaurant was nearly empty. We each enjoyed a 3 course menu but after the main course it was some time before we were asked if we wanted anything else, in fact I had to call the waiter. It;s a small point it happens in many restaurants. Otherwise I believe Cote Brassier offers good value and service by friendly staff.

Lovely brunch ! Attentive service They were able to provide small portions for the children. All components on plates fresh and tasty. I only deducted one point as I thought my daughter would get a small piece of salmon as we ordered her smoked salmon and scrambled eggs but the scrambled eggs good size and I ended up giving her a small piece of mine! I would say standards are consistent as we have been several times.
