The historic town of Leamington Spa is one home to Côte Brasserie, a firm favourite among foodies and casual diners. This classic French bistro is located in Regent Court on Livery Street in the town centre, making it the perfect spot to stop and indulge in some Parisian inspired French cuisine. With a light and airy space and outdoor dining area, Côte Brasserie Leamington Spa have also made a commitment to source ingredients of the highest quality to produce their French classics. With corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and English asparagus from Herefordshire, they pay homage to more than one culinary influence.
We recommend beginning with the sautéed salmon fishcakes with baby spinach salad, dill and a wholegrain mustard sauce, then following with the delicious seasonal rump of lamb with Jersey Royal potatoes, English asparagus and mint Hollandaise. Indulging in dessert is a must and Côte’s beautiful crème caramel is nothing short of dreamy when matched with a recommended dessert wine. This, we’re quite sure, is the perfect end to your Côte Brasserie culinary journey. Conveniently located in the town centre, Côte Brasserie does tend to fill up so booking ahead is advised.
