Dar Marrakech London is the place to go when you need your fix of sumptuous North-African, Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine. Situated on High Street in Stratford, a feast awaits at Dar Marrakech so if you’re heading here we advise you build up quite the appetite! Choose from delectable dishes such as samaka harrah of grilled seabass fillets marinated in a hot, spicy tomato sauce; tagin pil pil with prawns cooked in spices and garlic or bariwate chicken shredded and wrapped in crispy filo pastry. Offering up excellent cocktails, aperitivos as well as a full wine list – you’ll be in good hands at this popular spot. Just make sure you book in advance, as it can fill up quite quickly.
I met two friends for a mini Christmas get together at Dar Marrakech. The first time at the venue for all of us. We each chose a starter which we shared (vine leaves, stuffed pastry parcels and Halloumi bread) and three mains (Couscous with lamb and one Royal and grilled Butterfly prawns with rice). With a bottle of prosecco, two bottles of water and a fresh juice the bill came to just under £90 excl. tip. The waitress and waiter were lovely. The only downside was that we were sat next to the front door which was broken so I constantly had to get up to close it again. It was a wet and cold night so that slightly spoiled an otherwise perfect evening. I can recommend the restaurant though and will return.
Really good evening. Love the atmosphere, great service from the lovely Andrei. Food was good, drinks were flowing so all in all a good night out. Thanks and we will be back. Makes a nice change from all the chains in Westfield.
Absolutely Beautiful restaurant I loved the place. The service was brilliant friendly staff and helpful. Me and my friend enjoyed the food and atmosphere there. Would recommend this place and would go to this restaurant again.
