Amazing food & service was great . Lighting could be a bit more intimate.

Brunch , great choice on menu. Define full breakfast is fab. Bit different to the usual full english. Spicy Chorizo sausages are delicious.

This was our first visit since lockdown and the already chic space has undergone a pleasing facelift. The Sunday brunch menu is limited which means everything comes fresh from the kitchen. Service was slick and friendly. It would be impossible not to be satisfied by the choice of wine . The only negative being the acoustics which magnify the usually sounds of a restaurant and may have something to do with having to ventilate the airy space for COVID-19 restrictions.

Great to re-visit Define for Brunch-it's been too long. We came over with friends and thoroughly enjoyed both the choice of food and the Brunch itself. Define is local to us and it is so important to support local businesses during these difficult times. We also enjoy the food on offer and the friendliness of the staff.
