Amazing food and lovely staff as always will be back

Perfect.. with everything going on at present, the staff, set up and status of Define was simply super. The food was amazing, lovely different menu, and very attentive staff. The wine , of course, was yummie.. So glad that Define is within weakling distance for us.... well done team!

Prior to lockdown I had had breakfast many tines. I appears now the chef may have changed .. the food combinations and how presented did not appeal to me. The clean presentation from before

We will definitely be back and got great goodies in the shop. One suggestion sell in the shop the item like,Bread,Black Pudding. That would be the icing on the cake.

This is the most lovely airy place to relax. The glass roof let’s in fantastic light and especially good to sit having coffee watching a storm Love it here

We were a little disappointed when we arrived to find that we could only order from the brunch menu our main purpose of going was to order from the main menu, however the service was great and the wine and food delicious

Great place. Always a varied menu, that serves lovely food. The team are always friendly and happy to help. Thought the lengths they’ve gone to, to make diners feel safe in the current situation was particularly good.

Fantastic food and drink. A great way to spend a rainy Sat lunch

Loved the new decor which had been carried out due to lockdown, it was lovely before but even better now. Staff are as delightful as ever even in these challenging times. Food was delicious and a great new menu provided a perfect evening.

First meal put after lockdown, felt very safe, had the iberian pork to share, delicious, my ice cream with coffee and ameretto liquor was Devine and as usual wines were top class , Well done John and tram, top night out
