Thinking about making a D'Lush Desserts booking?

American-style diners are spreading slowly across Birmingham, but last we checked there was nowhere that had taken it upon themselves to serve only delightful, delicate moreish desserts (we like pudding, OK?) Star City is a good spot for D’Lush – packed as it is with families looking to spend a fun day out together, and there really is no better way to round that off than with a very generous serving of ice cream.

Now all things sweet are treasures that should be held dear (look, we really really like pudding…) but for too many places dessert is an after-thought. Not for the smart cookies at Birmingham’s Star City. Inside, D’Lush is mainlining sugary treats for families and friends smart enough to know which side their bread is, um sprinkled. The menu is a sweet delight covering all the best American-style treats (and French crepes, but they’re so delicious we’ll forgive this geographical blip). You’ll find ice cream, waffles and milkshakes (and coffee, served austere and black, if this sweet thing isn’t really you). To reiterate: at D’Lush Desserts every course is a dessert. Yes: Every. Course. Is. A. Dessert.
