Superb food, service and great location in the Albert Dock.

This restaurant is absolutely superb. From the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out, the whole experience is spot on. Staff, food, ambience 100%. Love it. Exceptional.

I am living in Lancashire/Cheshire since 1980. I born in Uganda (Gujarati Indian origin) I visited East Z East - Liverpool restaurant on 25/12/2024 with 7 peoples all was very very happy with food. I ordered Chicken Masala Desi (On/off the bone) First introduced in 1978 by Raja brothers £16.95 and I really enjoyed my dish. Thank you.

The starters were nice and tasty, however it took a while to be able to order as nobody came over to us and every time we flagged someone down they told us they were "not a waiter." The pilau rice was not nice and was brown and didn't taste nice, which ruined the meal overall. Expensive for what it was, would not recommend. Much better (and cheaper) places about.

Managed to get to our booking early… and were seated promptly. Drinks taken and served in no time, poppadoms and chutney tray shortly followed. Very attentive waiter. The place is IMMACULATELY clean, as are the toilets! The food was fabulous, piping hot, and beautifully fresh. Our fave Indian restaurant by far. Thankyou!!

Customer service was brilliant and food too only critic I have is the cleanliness. All dishes we were served including an empty glass to pour our bottled drink in was dirty as if they came out dirty from the dishwasher. It put us off the food despite how delicious the food was.
