Amazing food and atmosphere. We even spontaneously decided to visit Nepal this Easter! Will definitely come back!
Amazing dining experience, as always! I have been many times and the food is always absolutely delicious.
Brilliant as always. You won’t be disappointed if you visit.
Great staff, fantastic for a Sunday evening. Will be back.
Food was good. Nothing to write home about but women different curries on the menu if that’s your thing. Sadly, incredibly poor customer service. We informed the staff member seating us we had 2 tastecards and were given a rude response that they do not take it on Saturdays. I showed him the tastecard app which states Monday-Sunday as the days you can use it. He spent some time arguing with us, telling me the app was wrong for until he eventually walked away while I was midsentence but even taking us to our table. Another staff member came over and asked if we were ok- I explained the situation to him and he said he would speak to him manager (who wasn’t the same man who “seated” us). This staff member came back with a screenshot of the old version of the tastecard app to show me they don’t accept it on Sundays. I explained my issue was now with the poor and rude customer service. I was told the original man I spoke to has been there a long time and isn’t good at communication- I found it laughable that this was used as an excuse for his poor customer service skills when that is a large part of his job. Overall, this really affected the evening. Not because we couldn’t use the discount we felt was being falsely advertised but due to such a rude approach to our request followed by many poor excuses.
Like the food. Like the location. Like the people and staff who run the restaurant. Overall a higher standard all round- including white table cloths and serviettes. The Nepalese beer is pretty good too.
Good food, and a comfortable and light room to dine in. Busy, so the service a little slow. “Nepalese” music was atmospheric but played rather too loud as it began to invade us over time.
Delicious food, friendly service and an extra treat to find Sula wine, which took us back to our honeymoon in Kerala!
Beautiful food, service could have been quicker but it was quite busy. Atmosphere and service was really lovely.
Combination of great food and good service, our local restaurant for a Nepalese food. Thank you!
