Fish Central in Barbican, London was founded way back when in 1968. Having come a long way from the humble plate of fish and chips (though they still make a cracking one), you will now find all kinds of fresh fish delicacies being served up on the daily. All the fish, seafood and crustaceans plated up at Fish Central are bought fresh each morning from the Borough Market, and are ethically farmed or sustainably caught. The restaurant is bright and airy, the staff are endlessly welcoming, and there’s an extensive range of tasty options on the menu – all very good reasons to book a table and visit immediately!

Very friendly restaurant with great staff and lovely food, would definitely recommend it.
We had starters, main and dessert which were all absolutely delicious. The service was both friendly and efficient and the price very reasonable. We visited the restaurant as we're staying at a hotel nearby, but will certainly make a point of coming to fish central the next time we are in London, as well as telling friends and family. One of the best restaurants we have been to in a long time.
Fantastic food! Fantastic service! Highly recommend this restaurant to tourists and locals.
