Gaucho Edinburgh is short walk from Waverley station, just off St. Andrew Square, and is proudly the first Scottish restaurant of the Gaucho group. Of course, it serves Argentina’s best free-to-roam, grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef, big Latin flavours alongside a premium wine list. As you walk through the door of this contemporary, glass building you’ll be welcomed by sophisticated interiors, with textures and tones inspired by Argentina’s forests. Enjoy a drink in the cocktail bar or descend into the dining room for a relaxed working lunch or to entertain in the stunning private wine room. At the weekends, get a dose of social vitamins with DJ-hosted brunches and legendary Sundays roasts. Reservations are essential.

Nice welcome, great service but most over priced restaurant in Edinburgh. Scallops were underdone and beetroot starter needed seasoning, the meat was plentiful but mediocre. We left a tip for the service but a £300 meal should be outstanding.
We felt special the moment we walked in. Excellent in every single way. The steaks are amazing, prepared exactly as ordered, and everything was perfect. We will be back!
Essen und Wein sehr gut. Beilagen dürften auch so gut sein.
