Gaucho is group of restaurants with a heart, mind and soul. It proudly works with a number of international organisations and charities, and there’s a certain spirit shared by the entire team, from management right through to chefs and waiting staff. This much is obvious, particularly at this Argentinian restaurant in Manchester, as soon as you’re seated. As we said, you’ll find Gaucho Manchester just off Deansgate on St Mary’s Street. It’s an easily accessible spot at any time of day and whether your reason for visiting is a business lunch, a pre-theatre dine or simply a meal with family or friends, Argentine cuisine lends itself perfectly to any occasion.
Argentine food and wine are of almost equal importance at Gaucho steakhouse Manchester, and together they go some way in forming a rounded dining experience that is immensely popular in the centre of Manchester. The wine list is long, curated with care and contains varieties from all corners of Argentina. Meanwhile, to give you an impression of the a la carte menu, you can start with salmon tiraditos with mango, passion fruit and pomegranate, chopped chicken livers or a selection of homemade Argentine sausages. Beef is very much the star of the show when it comes to main courses and you can choose between fillet, rib-eye, sirloin or rump, then pair your chosen cut with an impressive selection of sides and sauces. Of course, non-beef options like grilled swordfish and lamp rump are available, as well as nourishing vegetarian options. Manchester’s Gaucho restaurant is truly sublime.
Had a lovely anniversary dinner, staff were very nice and they offered us a free desert as well. Food, wine and cocktails were absolutely amazing. Thank you very much for a special evening!
Great service. Great food. The set menu is great value and the staff are lovely! Would recommend to everyone. The church organs inside look amazing!
There isn't anything they don't know about steak! Fantastic food and service as usual! Very accommodating to your needs! Also really enjoyed the scallops starter with chorizo and black pudding!
