booked a table for 12 plus high chair. The seating area was conducive to us all managing a Thali. the service was excellent. friendly responsive team, the birthday girl is vegan so we all decided on Herb to accommodate her. Even the stalwart meat eaters had a really good experience

We were really well looked after on our first visit to this great restaurant. My wife is veggie and she was rapturous. I am not, but enjoyed the great tastes and variety of foods.

We had family visiting from New Zealand and ate at HERB last night. We had a wonderful spread of 'different' dishes which we shared. All were delicious. We'd thoroughly recommend visiting.

Couldn’t fault it at all. Food was delicious, staff were attentive and friendly, service was quick even though it was quite busy. And the cost was SO reasonable - cheap really compared to other restaurants these days.

Pleasant, welcoming staff who serve delicious and interesting southern Indian (vegetarian) food. Dhosas are especially well made, as were the mushroom and the aubergine curries. When I thought about ordering a side dish the server said we had enough food but maybe add appam to our order - they were excellent too.

A really enjoyable and different experience. The team were very helpful in guiding us through the menu, the food was really tasty, and it is so nice to see something uniquely vegetarian. All round a great place.

If you like music while you are eating, this would be ideal but if you want to have a conversation it's not possible. The food was mediocre and lacked taste in my opinion.

Absolutely lovely restaurant from start to finish . Polite and professional service and beautiful food .

Food was nice but we were shoved on a table that really had no business being where it was. Exceptionally close to the other tables which made it difficult to be served by the waiter. It also made the noise made the table next to us when the magician was circulated mean that my party couldn’t even hear our conversation. Wouldn’t rush back and would aim for a quieter night if we did.

Amazing food and atmosphere. certainly the best vegetarian restaurant I've visited. the mixed curry platter and the selection of breads were great. definitely going again.
