Excellent food and friendly service. Bit expensive but large portions and good quality. Well looked after and food to table was quick. Would certainly return.

Food and service lovely but uncomfortably hot. No Aircon and no windows open so had to leave as soon as meal was over to cool down. Such a shame

Fantastic meal and great ambience . The only disappointment is they don’t do a children s menu so had to pay full price for a 7 year olds meal !

Great service and great food. Very authentic Italian/Sardinian food. We came here as a family for a birthday. Staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us bringing in our own cake. The servings were huge. Very good value for money and food atmosphere.

Big pasta portions. The steak I had was ok, I've had better. Overall I'd say quite good. I would go again, but would try something pasta based.

The food is amazing, service was ok as not attentive enough, we had to wait ages to order and you have to keep trying to catch the server’s attention. At no stage did the waiter ask if we were happy with our food or if we needed anything but it will not stop us from visiting again as the food was really good and the portions generous. Overall would definitely recommend.

A lovely evening for my wife’s birthday- we will be back! Food excellent and service marvellous. I would recommend the Meat Ravioli and Rib Eye Steak.

I enjoyed my meal but my partner was disappointed; the service was not very attentive either - we actually skipped having coffee as we were ignored once we were given the dessert menu.

Simply the best pizza in London. We started going 20 years ago in Stoke Newington and rediscovered Il Bacio in Theydon Bois recently, same old magic.

The atmosphere is wonderful - a little piece of Italy in Theydon Bois! The staff are friendly but service for us was a little slow on this occasion. The food is gorgeous - we all enjoyed every part of our meal, and we tried nearly everything! Starters (gorgeous carpaccio) , pasta, pizza, meat fish (the fish stew is amazing), deserts, The house wine is excellent and even the olives to start with are delicious. We will definitely be back. And I would recommend Il Bacio to anyone.

My favourite restaurant!! I love coming to il bacio Theydon Bois. Always made to feel welcome. Complimentary bread basket great, dishes/wine amazing. And love the free shot of limoncello/amaretto after. Great value for money

Great ambience, candles on table and good wholesome Italian Trattoria type food. Very busy Saturday night, but staff coped very well and we have no complaints. Recommended!

This is a lovely restaurant. Decorated in a traditional style creating a great authentic atmosphere. The staff are friends and I could not fault the quality or the quantity of the food. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent food, wine and ambience. Highly recommended - we will be back!! The pizzas are delicious and the baked fish was really good. The free bread and olives are a very nice touch.

Love evening at Il Bacio,Sat 24th June. Food as usual really lovely,ambiance,ditto.Staff and service very good and friendly.Cant wait for next visit.Hopefully will be real soon.😀

We visited and enjoyed the restaurant twice in 2 weeks. My husband had the veal Milanese both times, but also loved the side of spaghetti with great bolognese. After tasting his, I ordered the beef ravioli the second time. Very friendly, courteous and attentive staff. Cannot wait to come back next summer

nice atmosphere but you do wait a long time to be served, the food is ok although 2 of our party had the seafood risotto, both had a few unopened muscles served in their dish plus every clam shell was empty, almost like empty shells were added for appearance, we did get a complimentary amaretto at the end of our meal, all in all a pleasant place but the staff need training in being people friendly and they need to up their game with the food, its not hugely expensive but its also not cheap, overpriced for what we had.
