Isola Del Sole - Putney

I thought the ambience in the restaurant was very appealing, calm but not boring and a pretty room. The menu was unusual and totally delicious, and our waitress was lovely. All the courses on the menu looked wonderful, so that we had difficulty choosing. Pasta was absolutely the way all pasta should be, very succulent, and the sauces were unusual. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

Very good, authentic Italian food. The restaurant was buzzing, there were a couple of large groups in, so maybe not good for a quiet meal? However, there was a nice atmosphere and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was our first visit and I'd definitely go back.

Great food, homemade pasta - the recommendations did not disappoint! Our waiter was super friendly and helpful, which is a welcome change in London. The food did take a while to arrive, but I think thats more to do with meals being made from scratch - which is a good thing! Will visit again if I'm in the area.

Good food, the swordfish steak was delicious. The service was mediocre - Staff were friendly and polite but at times slow and not very attentive, even though the restaurant was not that busy. The choice of after dinner digestifs was very limited.

I am from Sardinia and I wasn't very impress. The food was ok but it wasn't so special, too salty. The prices are too high for the quality. I will try to go one more time. I hope to change my mind about my first opinion.

Excellent americano cocktails and first rate food. I can recommend the carpaccio and whole sea bass. Pasta dishes also. Staff are friendly and attentive. Service is excellent.

A great restaurant. Attentive service. My daughter is a coeliac and a delicious seafood risotto was offered instead of the pasta. Great wine recommendations too at reasonable prices. Wonderful intimate atmosphere.
