Fabulous afternoon tea 👌 delicious and James our waiter was great
Food wasn’t nice at all really needs to improve and change
Visited a couple of times and love coming back, afternoon tea is one of the best I've had, staff always polite and welcoming cant wait to book again.
went to jam with a friend for cream tea food and restaurant were lovely will definitely return
Had a great day, loved afternoon tea! service was great!
Took a while from being seated to taking our order. None of the staff knew what was being served in the afternoon tea from the filled rolls to the desserts. Bit disappointing but the venue was very well presented and the staff we spoke to were lovely.
The food and service was great the only thing that let it down was that the air con was so cold. We did ask someone to shut one of the sides or if something could be done they never got back to us
One of the best eating places in Liverpool , my friend and I loved every minute of it
Great girlie day with my daughter would definitely recommend and return staff friendly and helpful
Such a lovely atmosphere, the afternoon tea was the best that I have had! Definitely going to come back.
They were very welcoming, there was plenty of choice and the food was exceptional. Will definitely be coming again!

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, great food. Great for all
Had afternoon tea, absolutely lovely. Lots of savoury and sweet. Unlimited chamomile tea. Staff very nice and helpful.
Had a lovely afternoon tea for my daughters 18th birthday and staff really nice and helpful
Afternoon tea for 6. Instead of sandwiches we were served baguettes which were not freshly baked. The scones and the cakes were good. The service was exellent!
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Jam. Food was amazing, staff were great. Would and will go back again, and would highly recommend.
Really great service and food was excellent. Thank you, Melissa.
Had a lovely afternoon tea with my mum, highly recommended 😃
It is so welcoming lovely atmosphere and staff can not do enough for you 👍
Really friendly service. We went for afternoon tea which was lovely!
Prefer scones without raisins, everything else was brilliant. Would go again
The place was beautiful and the staff was really helpful and pleasant. The food was a real let down we had the afternoon tea the wasn’t enough filling on there rolls and they had been in fridge and not fresh. It would of been better if they was sandwiches and fresh. We was quite disappointed as we was going to have a baby shower there.
A surprise afternoon tea for my wife... daughter and daughter in-law.... They enjoyed every minute of it.... Food...staff all excellent.... I will be booking with you again in the near future...
Staff were fantastic. Scones and cake were excellent.sandwiches were ok but fillings were too small and bread a tad stale.
The deco is absolutely amazing such a beautiful place! Food was really nice and catered well for vegans. Staff could have been a little more attentive
Beautiful venue, lovely staff, food was delicious but slumped a bit on sandwich fillings
Afternoon tea was lovely and the decor is amazing. Prosecco was very nice.
Went this afternoon for afternoon tea. There were 4 if us including a vegitarian and a coeliac. Nothing was too much trouble. The choice of teas was really good and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
The roast was beautiful. Kids loved the decor and food. Service was great
Went to jam for an afternoon tea, one veggie one normal. We were told when we arrived tea and coffee is free with the afternoon tea and were asked which one we wanted to have along side our afternoon tea. We both picked tea (it never arrived) we ordered cold drinks before we received our afternoon tea to sip whilst we wait under the impression we would have a hot drink to have when our afternoon tea arrived. No member of staff came over to ask if we enjoyed our food or asked if we needed anything else. So we sat there waiting for a member of staff to inform them we had not received our tea which was included in our afternoon tea deal. The atmospheres is great but the service is poor.
Lovely afternoon tea, great friendly staff and a lovely venue!
Lovely place decor fantastic service 1st class made a memory
Restaurant beautiful was so excited to visit but thought food was poor esp the sandwiches, and some kind of choc mouse in small glass..that was tasteless. Would recommend venue but not food. Been to lots of afternoon teas around our city etc., but wouldn't recommend yours..i like sandwiches not rolls without much filling
I’ve been to Jam a few times now and the staff are always lovely and polite and attentive (infact i visitised Jam twice this weekend once with my sister and once with my best friend) and I have to say yesterday I was a little disappointed. I found a partly mouldy raspberry in my afternoon tea and told the young girl once I’d finished just so they could check the rest (baring in mind this was nearly an hour after receiving the afternoon tea it was really busy and we were the opposite end of the restaurant so I get it that’s fine) and she disappeared off for 10 mins to a man to come back with fresh ones which i said I didn’t want cause I’d already finished for him to try and give them to me again and I declined for him to say it wasn’t mould it was a raspberry stalk he shrugged and walked away. For someone’s mother who has a coffee shop in Formby and has raspberries in my own garden I found this really offensive. I didn’t want anything off my bill or anything I was merely trying to say they might wanna give them a check through. I left it at that because I was really irritated with his attitude. Considering I’d come here this weekend as I was booking my best friends bridal shower here I can only say that I’m disappointed. A simple “sorry” would’ve sufficed. Thanks Jam but it’s a NO! From me!
A lovely cute place for a girly hen afternoon tea!
