Very good restaurant, we liked it .. I recommend !

Food was great. Customer service requires a bit of improvement. Host needed to approve guest at the door and seat them.

It was an experience I will say ..went with my wife and the food was good it’s tasty but ..but the staffs faces and attitude could be much much better. I know you tired and all that but so is the customer and we hungry so we should be more pissed off not the other way round .smile ,polite and organisation. The women keep slamming the plate down on the table and I don’t know why . Was it am a black rasta with a Indian ? Was it because she’s beautiful? Was it me cause ppl tend to dislike my face but what ever it was grow up big woman she was like 50. We a young couple. Advice isssss be happy

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. There was a happy atmosphere, the restaurant was clean and bright and the meal was excellent value for money. I will go there again and recommend it to my friends.

Food was amazing. Service was a bit slow but they made up for it by their willingness to make things that had run out. It's a shame that Quandoo neglected to pass our reservation onto the restaurant. Thankfully they managed to fit us in.

Service way too slow not organised in there too much rushing around. Brown stew chicken too salty . Was given the wrong bill service needs improving big time.

Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Kept clicking their dirty fingers in our faces to get our attention, when saying "excuse me" would suffice, and kept clicking when our attention was already gotten.

Service was very slow. Restaurant wasn’t pack had 3 waitress but seem to be more concern on the takeaway. We waited 45mins for are food to be serve not hot

More of a cafe and takeaway than a restaurant. But good food, friendly staff and reasonably priced. If you like Jamaican food it's worth a visit.

I found that the food was very good and the staff was very polite and friendly the surroundings was also nice I loved the décor.

A first time visit. The restaurant was clean and bright, We were made to feel welcome from the moment we step in the door. The service was caring and friendly. The food was well cooked and the servings were not small ! all age groups. I will go back. Parking outside for 1 hour or cheap parking only 20 meters.

Only one person serving takeaways n table orders. Sat down at 1pm place we totally empty but had run out of curry goat. Hard foods.....included potatoes, yam was mushy, over cooked. Fish was frazzled. Friends fried chicken was deep fried with no coating! Would not go again.

Fantastic food and friendly staff. Really enjoyed our time here. I also loved the decor of the restaurant. Had the curried goat which was amazing and a salt fish and jerk chicken Pattie. Delicious!

food was great but the service was mixed. a simple smile from some of the waiting staff would go a long way to improving the atmosphere of the place which could be incredible.

Good food. Clean establishments. Friendly staff. Parking was available and staff did not rush my guests. Plates were cleared on time. Good atmosphere. Very enjoyable

Poor I'm afraid to say. We sat down and were left for ages and had to go up to the bar to ask for someone to take the order. Cocktails were awful as they didn't have in all the ingredients, so we sent back. When the food arrived it tasted very good and large portion sizes. The hot pepper sauce for the jerk chicken was ridiculous hot and I like hot food. Staff were apologetic but that wasn't enough to recover the bad experience. Unfortunately won't be going again.

Booked in for a Monday night. Turned up and it was closed, but it still allowed me to book and sent an email confirmation too.

Overall this is a nice little restaurant. The staff are friendly, the food was nice and the portion was generous. I will definitely visit again

a nice relaxed atmosphere with happy friendly staff. but above all the food is just what you'd expect from jamaica very tasty delicious dishes the whole family loved their dishes and was very satisfied,definitely going back to try more dishes.

Food was fantastic with a good choice but you could improve your customer service. I had made a reservation online but didn't appear to be expected as there was no table reserved. Ended up sitting on a table that had been reserved later that evening which reduced our time in the restaurant. Staff's attention was focused on laying up a table for a party of 20 expected later that evening.

Booking was not linked to shop , so we had to stand waiting for a table for over 40 mins Has they made a table up which came from Outside which was moving each time you lean on it , food was ok thou return again I don't thinks so , limited range food Goat was good

We have heard about this restaurant and the good reviews so decided to get a group of ex colleagues together for a night out. Location easy to find. Parking good after 6.30pm. Friendly welcoming staff. Service very good, ambience and atmosphere good. Decor good. Foodportions brilliant. Only negative point is the condensation on the windows which needs attention. But overall well worth a visit.

Great food, friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, can't recommend highly enough! Portion sizes highly generous, good selection of (lethal!) cocktails. Would make a good stop for any occassion.
