Jenko's Brazilian & Mongolian BBQ

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at jenkos. everyone that works there is lovely and welcoming and the food is unreal.

Good choice of food for the BBQ Wide range of herbs, spices and sauces . Prompt service.

Very good service and nice food. Also nice enviroment(wooden cottage like).Building itself is slightly difficult to find.

They ran out of food and said it was being cooked in the kitchen when it wasn’t, then blamed their supplier. Had to ask twice for music to be turned down. Manager was very rude when I asked to speak to him. Will never eat there again. Eat there at your peril.

Had a wonderful meal, lovely atmosphere. Wasn’t rushed to eat and actually spent 3 hrs relaxing over good food and wine. Couldn’t fault it.

Amazing selection of food, beautiful restaurant and lovely staff who all make a point of ensuring you have a good experience. A firm favourite of ours.

Lots of variety and very fresh. Maybe a bit of halloumi for veggies would be good :)

We had a great experience at Jenko's again. A little on the expensive side but good fresh food and service with a smile.

Absolutely awful. Overbooked, understaffed, rude and aggressive management. Spent most of night queuing for food. Evening ruined.

Lovely food! Great idea to mix your own flavours. Would be good if sides and desserts were either included or not so expensive.

Super Mongolian restaurant and a great dining experience. Only quibble was that all food was cooked together. Meat first then vegetables would be far more successful!

Great food and customer service - will definitely be back again

We went on a Sunday, the food was beautiful. We were just a little disappointed with the service, not being there before we had to ask everything as nothing was explained. That said the staff were polite and smiley! Also they had sold out of specific drinks and desserts which considering we went for an early lunch it was also a little disappointing.

Had a wonderful time this evening. The food was delicious and the staff very pleasant. Lovely atmosphere

Me and my partner love Jenko’s, always excellent food and service!

Were one of the first so waiting time was perfect. Only disappointment were the desserts, we have been many times previously and desserts were wonderfully presented, this time I was rather disappointed on presentation, I ordered strawberry & chocolate cheesecake with strawberry ice cream, there was no chocolate on the cheesecake at all and the ice cream was vanilla, it also looked like it was just chucked on the plate with no presentation at all, but the taste was nice. Also we were waiting over 15 mins for the dessert before the waitress realised that she had put it on the wrong table and went and retreived it, by which time the other dessert (sticky toffee pudding) was only luke warm. But overall the food was lovely, like I've already said the only disappointment were the desserts.

Yet again another brilliant night - the only issue was that the dessert menu was presented but nobody came back to check whether anything was wanted.

Slightly crowded seating area and asked for a drink twice and still didn’t get it but it was busy. Food was great.
