Kayal - Leamington Spa

The food and the service was outstanding. I was greedy and had a Dosa plus the sea bass main course. And the waiter was kind enough to charge my iPhone for me. Very highly recommended. And this is coming from someone born in India….

Waiters very friendly and explained the dish. Food very nice

Food was great and very tasty. 😡My 87 year old mother and my disabled wife were told that the customer toilets,which were up a ridiculously narrow and steep staircase upstairs were the only available to able bodied people. Then told if they if they couldn't get up the stairs to walk down the road 5 minutes and use tesco's. There is a downstairs convenience but this is for staff only!Surely this is not allowed.

Sensational food we’ve never experienced before. Subtle mix of flavours and spices presented to delight the eyes as Much as the taste buds. All the staff were attentive and courteous and looked like they actually cared.

Tony and Simu looked after us fantastically, attentive, gave us suggestions on menu choices. The food was amazing and presentation great - dosa so light and shape so unexpected and fish steamed in a banana leaf what’s not to enjoy. Would recommend to anyone

This was our first visit. We were unfamiliar with some of the dishes and our waiter was very courteous and took the time to explain the descriptions and flavours. We loved the dosas and the fish served in a banana leaf was flavoursome with a delicate texture. We will be recommending and will return.

3 of us ate at The Kayal in Leamington. Food, service & value for money were all excellent so I would thoroughly recommend it. It's different too!!

I’m a regular customer at kayal. The food and service is always excellent. For me it’s the best Indian in the country! Recently visited kerela. kayal is truly authentic South Indian - exquisite flavours. My friends visit me just to go to Kayal for a meal. Every time I mention I’ve been - my friends get jealous.

Great food - plenty of variety and sensible portion size. A friendly atmosphere with nice, slightly quirky decor. We visit regularly!

Main course we’re good even though they didn’t have what we went to order, service with drinks very slow and the pudding was in my opinion inedible. It it not my first visit there and neither will it be my last.

Food and service was excellent. Fortunately we were able to move to sit downstairs , upstairs is just too noisy

The food was excellent plenty of taste, and able to cater for my wife's dietary issues of no diary and gluten without any hassle. Reasonably priced for the quality of the ingredients. I have been a number of times and not had a bad meal yet.

Food aside, what makes Kayal special is its staff. The customer service is second to none, everyone is friendly, attentive and just wonderful.
