There are more than enough great curry houses in London to go around, and if you’re looking for a place to find something spicy on a Friday night, you’re unlikely to go hungry. Not all Indian restaurants were created equal, however, and when you’re trying to discern the top quality tandoori from the sub-standard saagwala, then there can be fewer better indicators than longevity. Khan’s of Kensington stake their claim to be the best curry house in Kensington on their 20 years of service to the diners of West London, a reputation borne out in their exceptional menu. When you make an appearance at their location on Harrington Road, you will be met with a selection of starters that includes all the favourites – onion bhajis, saag aloo, samosas – and a repertoire of curry classics that takes in all the big hitters and family favourites. Don’t just take our word for this though: book a table and head on in yourself for an Indian restaurant in West London that is well worth remembering.
Great food and very friendly staff. Just the right ambiance. Comfortable seating without being too squeezed together. It was quite expensive, however, and the women’s toilets were a disaster and unusable.
This is an old favourite of mine I always go for the mushroom ticka masala it’s rice and Nan top it off with a beer and you are set or at least I am. Would recommend you try it next time your in this area
