We had to wait quite a long time before having our order (their chef had just been replaced to be fair to them) but the food was amazing! We used a groupon voucher and the only thing to remember is that you won't have a lot of choice for the wine with this voucher. Nice venue in Brick Lane anyway!

we went on mothering sunday at lunch time, the resturant wasn't busy so there was no excuse for the bland food or the poor service

Very friendly reception. Knowledgeable staff, willing to help with the menu. Tequilas - one of the best I've ever had. Great night and would definitely recommend it.

Had lunch with two German friends. Excellent service and very good food. The Frascati very good, but they'd run out of the listed Valpolicella and the Chianti was only OK.

don't take the pizza, or maybe you should call it focaccia, because is more similar to it than a real pizza. the venue is nice and hospitable.

I have visited La Cucina few days ago for Sunday lunch with my sister. The food was lovely and quickly served. Very nice atmosphere inside.

This is a really good Italian restaurant. The menu is not expensive, there is lots of choice and the service is really good (waiters are nice).

Food was terrific - had pizzas and all were very large and tasty. Staff delightful too. Very happy with the whole experience and would certainly return.

Food was excellent, staff are great. Only downside is being harassed outside by every other restaurant on Brick Lane to go there instead - don't listen! Go here!

There was eight of us for lunch and we were all very impressed, especially with the stonebaked pizzas. The size of the dishes are large compared to most London restaurants but they are still well presented and very tasty. Will definitely be returning again.

I lived in Italy so know that this place does VERY good pizza! The value for money is great considering normal London prices. Would go again!

Lovely little restaurant with a large selection of good food at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly but could possibly be a little more attentive. Overall we had a good experience :)

I had a wowcher offer which was very reasonable, however the staff were not very welcoming and seemed quite abrupt when taking orders and explaining the offers. Starters and mains were okay but the dessert of pannacotta tasted nothing like a pannacotta. Overall a cheap meal but could be better.

good food reasonably priced... only downside was the garlic bread which didn't seem to have any garlic in it... but all in all a very nice evening
