The food was exceptional and the service was absolutely first class. I Would not hesitate in taking friends there again or even loved ones, it's that good.

We have been to La Madeleine on many occasions but for coffee and lunch. This is the first time we've been in the evening. Certainly won't be the last. Delicious, beautifully cooked meal. We enjoyed it very much.

Lovely place with good food and good service. Really enjoyed the home made celeriac soup with crusty toast - yummy! The atmosphere is relaxed but lively. Often meet friends for coffee or lunch and great for dinner Wednesday to Saturday evenings. A little gem!

Atmosphere, service and food were all excellent. Only minor point was there is very limited menu choice but we knew that as been before but some customers may have an issue.

We meet as a small group once a month for lunch and a catch up and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Lovely quiche and salad, great atmosphere as always.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food tasty and nicely presented. We were not made to feel rushed, even though it was a very busy lunchtime.
