Food was lovely - restaurant noisy to begin with but there was a wedding party in the restaurant Staff friendly

Atmosphere would be greatly improved by turning off the very unpleasant music.

There was a big party in so it was a bit noisy for a couple wanting a quiet meal for two but otherwise excellent and looking forward to returning next week.

Service was slow and poor, no check back or interest in customer. Food was nicely cooked and presented but the plate was swimming in sauce so difficult to taste the meat. Had to ask twice for the bill. Overall..... disappointing

LOVE this place! Already a regular at the original restaurant in Petersfield so, I was over the moon when they opened in Midhurst just a few weeks after I moved there. Fab food and atmosphere. Great staff.

We had another great night and will return again. Food was exceptional. A big shout out to the chef. Waiting times were much better. We just hope it doesn't get too quick and rushed. We don't like feeling like we are on a conveyor built, which you can get with some bigger restaurant chains.

Friendly atmosphere and great food we would highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Italian experience with Sardinian waiters that made us feel very welcome the whole time we were there.

It was very cold as sitting near the door then.tbey turned on the sir con which made it even colder. We didn't want to wait for coffee

Loved it, food was amazing, couldnt fault anything. Such great value too - 2 courses inc a glass of prosecco and coffee for £20. Will definitely be back and will tell all our friends!

Great food, so much more authentic than the big Italian chains. The service was efficient and friendly. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and has a nice atmosphere.

It's a huge thank you from me to the wonderful staff for helping make my husband's birthday meal so lovely. As always the food and service was spot on for us but when the lights went out and you all came out singing happy birthday you put the cherry on the cake (or in this case the candle in the dessert 😁). We look forward to returning soon!

Service was a little slow but we quite like a good break between courses and for it to be a night out. Not a problem when you have good wine to drink. 😁 No complaints about any other aspect.

Fantastic food at this popular family run restaurant, this is our second visit and will definitely return. Service can be a bit slow when busy but the buzzy atmosphere helps to distract you while you wait. They have an extensive quality wine list, my only criticism would be that for drivers/non drinkers the choices are limited.

We went on a Friday evening when the restaurant was very busy so service wasn't fast but they tended to our table of 5 well.

The food was excellent but the service was very slow. Dishes were presumably cooked to order - taking time but there seemed to be no coordination between drinks/starters/main courses.

Our first visit having heard excellent reports. The welcome was warm, the service excellent and our lunch was delicious. Highly recommendable,felt like being back in Italy.

As usual a great experience and our guests loved it too. The calves liver was to die for but I wish they'd take the chocolate dessert off the menu as it has not been 'available' on any of my visits.

Booked for 8pm, restaurant really busy & table not ready. Apologies were given. Returned 15 mins later - table ready, enjoyed another wonderful meal. We will be back again soon.

First time we have been here since it’s been open & so glad we booked as it was so busy! Food was gorgeous & hot even the plates! & service was very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Rather disappointed with our first visit, didn’t live up to expectations. Linguine Frutti de Mare without a single king prawn is not good. We tried telling the waiter he didn’t have enough English to understand. Why was we given finger bowls when there wasn’t any langostine in a shell as decoration on the top. This has to be the least content of seafood in any Frutti de Mare l have ever had. Told the waitress when she brought the bill, she said why didn’t we tell the waiter. Head and wall time... no reduction on bill which was a mistake!

Good atmosphere, very busy Saturday night, excellent menu and food very good and staff very attentive, would definitely go again, apparently they have one in Petersfield as well.

Excellent food, friendly service and a good price - we will definitely be going again. Great to have smaller portions available for elderly people with smaller appetites.

We had a delicious meal. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant had a great ambiance. It was great to see a local business so well supported. We will come again!

We, as a group, found our meals fairly standard for a chain restaurant. Nothing spectacular, which was a shame as I was hoping for something better. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice overall! Extremely pleasant staff. Busy on a Monday which was good to see. One of us had a slightly cooked more than requested steak (medallions) so perhaps make sure to stress if you like yours M-R.

Pre booked our table online and received confirmation BUT table not reserved at restaurant, so not a good start. Food very good, but slow service

The food was fabulous but we did wait an hour for our first course and too long for the bill. Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff so didn’t mind too much and we made another reservation as we left.

Warm and welcoming. Authentic Italian food and service. Large smoked salmon starter. Tiger prawns , anti paste meat selection. All could have been shared. Beautiful flavours and child friendly. We weren’t rushed. Good value. Thank you

Highly recommended. We tried La Piazetta for Sunday lunch and were impressed by the extensive menu (which included a tempting selection of roast dinners) attentive staff, attractive interior and relaxed ambience. All of our food was delicious. We will definitely return.

Food is good but service is extremely slow. Obviously not enough staff either in the kitchen or front of house. The food is good but let down by slow service. We waited 45 minutes between starter and main course and the restaurant wasn’t busy. We went the week before and service just a slow. We won’t be back I’m afraid!

Brilliant restaurant - best Italian meal we have ever had. Excellent value and friendly staff. Well worth a visit and so much better than Prezzo who were in the premises before. Isabel

The food and service was really good. We would definitely recommend this and will be going back, but please turn the temperature up a little next time, my wife felt cold!

The food was ok nothing special and it was freezing cold in the restaurant had to put my coat on. Staff were friendly and helpful but won't rush back.
