The choice available on the menu; the quality of the food delivered to the table; the friendly and efficient welcome from all the staff; and the sense of good value for money in a popular, packed space giving an agreeable ambience ... all get top marks from me. Thank you!

The staff were attentive and friendly. They were extremely good with our children (8 and 5) and brought them menus with activities and crayons to colour with. The food was delicious, we all enjoyed our meals immensely.

We love La Piazzetta for the welcome we receive, for the atmosphere and especially the wonderful food. We have visited many times and we are never disappointed. We were there last night for my daughter's birthday and all eight of us agreed it was a brilliant evening.

Yummy food. Zuchinni chips were great. The pizzas were beautifully thin. (We were too full to try any puddings) Service was good. Decor is nice. Price is reasonable.

Very "buzzy" atmosphere, perhaps too noisy for a romantic meal, but very Italian. Food tasty and nicely presented with a good choice available on the set menu, and at an affordable price.

The welcome was very friendly. There was a great variation of dishes to choose from and my dessert was the best I've had in a very long time...I savoured every mouthful!

The staff are welcoming and friendly and the service was very good. The food? - Excellent! Can't fault it. We dine at La Piazetta whenever we are in the Petersfield area. Look forward to going back.

We arrived slightly early but were welcomed in and seated right away. Staff very attentive and helpful, food delicious, and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly.

Very friendly staff and amazing food. Every time we visit we aren't disappointed. Our children love the kids menu and it's great value. Their pizza's are amazing & way better than the familiar high street restaurant brands.

Lovely people and service as always .Food excellent apart from menu said the dish was bass lobster and prawns , there was no lobster and no real explanation from the delightful waitress but it did not spoil the meal at all . Perhaps the word sauce was missed out ?

Friendly service and warm atmosphere to go with best local pizza - beautifully fresh and crisp - and good classic Italian dishes. Decent wine list too, making for great value and enjoyable meal all round.

Excellent service: we were well looked after and the head waiter accommodated a request for a change of table. The pasta was first class and came to the table really hot. The caprese starter was also excellent. We will come again!

Perfect restaurant, great night, food was great as it always is, service was prompt but none intrusive. The choice of Italian food is wide, can't wait to go again.

A lovely authentic Italian, fresh tasty food- the mushroom risotto was so tasty, as was the caprese salad, pizzas and children's pasta. The garlic breads were huge and very garlicky. We felt it was not too expensive and super fast service. We will definitely be back!

We spent Christmas eve there and had a lovely evening. There's something for everyone on the menu from Pizza and pasta to meat and fish dishes all delicious and fairly priced.

Another great meal at la piazetta , we were nearly an hour late for our table due to train problems but they still kept it for us , very friendly staff , Bekim runs it superbly and the food was as good as it always is

It started off really well. The smoked salmon starter was lovely. Being a lactose intolerant (cows milk) I ordered a Pollo Salad. Imagine my dismay when i was served a huge plate of spinach with cold lumps of tough rubbery chicken, embellished with a few tomatoes. No avacado, no crispy pancetta, no goats cheese or croutons. When questioned they said it was the dairy free option. When the plate was returned it was vastly improved but it still lacked the avocado and goats cheese. Epic fail.

Good service and food. It was surprisingly busy for a Monday night which suggests it is a popular restaurant. The staff are always very welcoming.
