I love the restaurant which is why I keep going backbytvthe service is less desired which needs to be worked in as I know so many people who don't go because of this - but the food is great x

Both service and food were excellent. The menu gave a good variety of food and the wine list was also very good. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Lovely evening with fantastic staff and food. Very attentive and no waiting around. Request would be for round tables for large groups to see all people.

The four of us had a fantastic meal, it was a Lovely restaurant, and great service with very friendly staff that were always keen to help.

Have visited this restaurant numerous times and had the usual excellent service and food, friendly staff who cope very well in a busy restaurant highly recommended !

Service & food was excellent, we loved the attention the kids received from very friendly waitress, it was just freezing inside though! The manager said his heater had failed & we saw a new one being delivered whilst we sat, so hopefully this issue is resolved, we did need a hot cholocolate when we got home however !

Excellent food , Excellent service. Last night we had the Christmas menu, plenty of choice and all delicious for a fixed price.. All four of us had something different, lovely sauces and great presentation.

The ambience very good although a little cramped. My main of veal was very good the sauce was delicious. I was disappointed with the garlic bread, it was more like a giant Jacobs cream cracker, I would have preferred a smaller portion of soft doughy pizza base. Staff very friendly and reasonably priced.

The food came out really quickly and tasted amazing! Each of us has different meals and we thoroughly enjoyed. Desert was delicious and also came our quickly!

If you want a really good Italian meal this is, in our opinion, the place to dine. We brought friends, who were visiting, here a few weeks back, and when they returned insisted that we again pay La Piazzetta a visit. The menu is varied, the staff are both efficient and friendly, and the food is mouth watering. The wine's pretty good too !!

Had a lovely meal with my husband tonight. The chicken is an excellent dish, and so is the steak. Very very good value for money!!

Great meal at La Piazetta. Ambience was very relaxed and service was very friendly. Food was quick and delicious too. No complaints what so ever.

The restaurant was very busy but we were quickly shown to our table. The staff were friendly and polite and the food was very good.

Good Value for money as 5 out of 6 of us had the menu which was 2 courses for £8.65. One of my favourite places to eat as well as the staff are always very helpful.

Another great meal at this restaurant, food was as usual spot on and the service efficient and friendly , great value and atmosphere too try it!

We have always enjoyed going to La Piazzetta but this time found the service had dipped slightly. The restaurant was packed (which is great) but our table wasn't ready and by the time we had been served our drinks, the dish three of us wanted on the main menu had already gone (only 20.15). Had to ask three times for water and just found the usual touches they do so well, were missing. Will of course visit again but maybe mid week!

Really enjoyed the whole evening. Beautiful whitebait to start followed by a tender steak. A lot to choose from on the menu. Defo recommend!! A must place to visit

Such a lovely evening as usual. I had the duck on the menu and it was fabulous, aswell as very reasonably priced!

The food is good, but the service was rubbish. It was very cramped and very hot inside. Waiters need training and taught to smile and be polite to customers.
