About Le Madison

Steak and lobster American-style dining is redefined at Le Madison. This is a London restaurant known for it’s food, of course, but also for it’s atmosphere that’s always buzzing and always fun. In Whitechapel – excellently-located on Raven Row, just off the main Whitechapel Road and a short walk from the tube and train stations – Le Madison is almost always full and very much a restaurant you can rely on for a good time. Being an American restaurant, the menu of course goes way past steak and lobster, taking in burgers, fish and chicken, too. It’s certainly worth heading to Le Madison armed with a reservation.

More about Le Madison, London

Whether for lunch or dinner, food or just drinks, Le Madison is one of the hottest casual spots in Whitechapel. The Raven Row spot is quite a stylish affair inside with ample seating and a cool, well-stocked bar that does some damn good mocktails. But, hey, it’s safe to assume you’re here for the food, right? Steak and lobster are the stars of the show at Le Madison, done in a typically American-style so the portions are big and the quality is high. You can choose rib-eye, t-bone or sirloin cuts, while the Le Madison lobster is grilled and served simply with lemon, clarified butter and a choice of sides.

Diners in this part of London also rave about Le Madison’s burger which are as American as you’ll find anywhere, but also a little gourmet – just the right kind of burger, we’re sure you’ll agree. Favourites of ours include the Le Madison Tower, a fine combo of beef and lobster tail with burger relish and mayonnaise, the Sexy Texan or the Le Madison Madam, complete with a creamy mushroom sauce. If, on the other hand, there are quite a few of you, it’s impossible to go wrong with sharing a whole peri peri chicken. London loves Le Madison and we’re quite sure you will, too.

our table was booked for 8.30pm, we were told to wait 5 mins. By the time we got our seats it was 8.55pm, it was okay as all 8 of had not arrived. We ordered hand cut chips but was later told they ran out of chips, we had to order french fries instead. Over all really enjoyed our time and food was great!
