What a delightful place. I can't believe we hadn't found it before. It is light and spacious. The menu is varied and reasonably priced (similarly the wine). We had fish and seafood - some of the best for a very long time. The service is excellent. In all we had a great lunch
Lovely food and atmosphere. The fillet steak was cooked perfectly and the fries were delicious. Orange cheesecake was delicious. Good service all evening and although we left last we didn't feel rushed!
Very good, as usual. The set lunch menu is such excellent value. We find the wine list very good, if a tad expensive. We thoroughly recommend this bistro bar.
Lovely food.. Nice menu.. Hot plates too!. The restaurant is much better divided up.. Much cosier.. Very good service too.. Will definitely be back. All that is needed now is half price cocktails on one evening..😃
Very good food and drink. Hospitable service. Nice atmosphere. But the prices were a little steep compared to other local restaurants and pubs. One might argue that you pay for what you get, but as a local I'd need to eat an exceptional steak to be convinced of the £20+ price. Mine was very good, but I'm not sure it was exceptional.
Good food, great service, nice surroundings. We had Goat's cheese bruchetta to start, followed by either Moules or Pulled Pork. All delicious. Good choice of reasonably-priced wines by the glass.
