Mango Thai Tapas - Above Bar

Lovely restaurant, with gorgeous food. Very helpful and friendly bar staff / waitress / waiters. Fab atmosphere and the sun was shining too!! ...only complaint which isn't really a complaint, but a bit of air con or a ceiling fan would have been fab as it was very hot that day. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing! :)

Food was excellent although the small pot of jungle bugs were overpriced at £3. Our table was positioned fairly near the bar and when people were waiting for their tables to be ready they got very close to our table. My husband was knocked a couple of times by handbags! Not an ideal setting to celebrate a wedding anniversary.

As always the food was very good, we had pad thai and massuman curry. It wasn't very busy on this last visit so the food came out really quicky. Although I would recommend booking as every other time I've been it has been full. Lastly a mention of the friendly service always, even when they're really busy.

Great food and certainly good value for money. However the service was slow and a little chaotic at times. Upstairs tables could do with more ventilation. Would, however recommend as standard of food and value for money made up for the down sides

Food was amazing unfortunately the service let it down. When arriving we had to wait quite a time to order drinks. Once ordering drinks there was no drinks from the taps although the waitress never said. When recieving my drink it was totally different because of this. It took a while for us to be able to order food. Once ordered we got bought somebody else's food and had to ask three times for some tap water. Once receiving the food it was amazing.

On this ocassion the food was good but not of a standard comparable to other times I have visited regarding quality and money for value. For a stir fry dish it was lacking in vegetables but ample in onions. The staff as usual were excellent. There was a noisy group sat at the bar which was distracting and we were sat farthest away from them than anyone else.

The service and food was excellent; we could not fault anything and will definitely return to this restaurant in the future. Would recommend to anyone who loves Thai food.

Great food and great service. We always like to come to mango for special occasions and have been many times, and would highly recommend to everyone.

Great service, great food in a great location. I'm veggie and there was a good choice of options, often lacking in other places. We will definitely be back :)

Delicious food, very fast service, friendly staff, consistently great place to visit. Their tapas is amazing, highly recommend the crispy beef and the mango corn cakes too.

Food delicious, went on a sunday however and there was a clear lack of staff. Delay in greeting us, delay in ordering, confusion around which menu items were and weren't available.

Mango Thai is little expensive, but great food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our visit and will go again. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Good atmosphere and the food is really good. The waiting staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. Cocktails are very good too, especially the 2-4-1 deal.
