Joseph Antippa and Tyler Martin have over 25 years of combined experience in hospitality and have spent the last few years operating the kitchen, bar and restaurant of a top Kensington hotel and restaurant. It is their flair of creativity and nerve to merge unique flavours that have brought them to open their own restaurant.
