Quaint and quite small. Great atmosphere. Top quality food couldn't fault it. Definitely recommend it. Loved the sea bass and the choice of drinks is excellent.
Two visits this week. Midweek food was good and portions overgenerous. Sunday lunch less good, food average but roast potatoes were poor, not crispy and an odd flavour.
The staff were friendly and helpful with the menu, and the food was delicious, the only complaint was the portion was quite small , I had lamb with roasted veg and potatoes but there were only 2 small halves of potatoe and could have done with a bit more lamb, but it was veryusyso perhaps they were running out, but I would definitely go there again
Unfortunately the reception we got from one of the waitresses was not a welcoming as expected. We had reserved a table and when we were sitting down this waitress asked if we had booked despite being shown to our seat by another girl. Her manner was not awful!!
Great food, great staff, great atmosphere, ideal place to pre or post theatre food and also just for a good night out. Highly recommend this place to everyone
Good location. Friendly staff. great atmosphere. Food arrived quickly and was excellent😊 Would definitely visit again and recommend to others. Thanks for a nice evening
Une très bonne expérience pour un couple de touristes français avec un bébé. Le personnel est serviable et à notre écoute. Je recommande sans soucis
Had a great time, good food and service :-). Table by the window, all ready for us at the booked time, and would defineatly book/re-visit.
Good food and good service, reservation worked perfectly. The breaded brie was great so I recommend that as a starter. Great location and a good restaurant
Food and service excellent. We had the evening menu which was good value for money. It was my husbands birthday and they made it special with a sparkler in our pudding.
The meal we had was lovely, and the decorations at Christmas make the Restauarant very cosy and festive. The only complaint I have is that we booked online which was very easy, but when we arrived for the meal was told that they needed the table for someone else in an hour and a half!! That wasn't the best greeting we could have received. I felt we were being rushed once we had our main course, and we left without having a dessert!!
The service was poor, everything took ages to arrive including the waiter and although the the food looked amazing, it wasn'the good. The menu was seriously limited. Unfortunately Marlowes is not the excellent place to eat that it was.
Food excellent booked this via the link on groupon so assumed restaurant would know this but sadly couldn't accept as we had chosen from the wrong menu
Went for a pre theatre meal. Plenty of choice on the menu. Good food and service. We really enjoyed our experience and would recommend to others.
A friendly, relaxing place to eat. Very tasty food, attractively presented. An interesting selection of choices on the lunchtime menu. The waiter was very attentive and the service was excellent.
